The Constitution of the Association will constitute shortly, a crossroads that let a new LENR road route parallel to what we are experiencing.
P.S. sorry give competitors an UNINTENTIONAL nuisance, proprietary (but the same dynamic that invented both the scientific research that the patent owner has built as INHERENTLY Governor balances), openly revealing what you all already know anyway.
It is the fact that the systematic dissemination of knowledge, which will be an essential part of the activities of the Association, can help prevent the spread, the patent fact that are not protectable inventions which are privately already essentially in the public domain.
