Nikita Alexandrov produced a translation of the essential part this morning :

note that Ю.Н.Бажутова is Yuri N. Bazhutov, chairman of ICCF-13 and member of the IAC. described as a capable and experienced experimentalist by some very reliable source.

The LENR community will certainly react soon, thanks to instant translation and buzz.

it can be good for him, by showing he is real and by forcing him to go forward and stop defending his IP.

LENR-Cities guys explained me that patent are not so useful... it is expensive to defend.
they are no totally open (communist vision;-) ) but something intermediate with their idea that inside a group of willing guys you share all.

My bet si that Rossi/IH will file tiny patents to improve the E-cat and that will have more value that his NiH E-cat patent as he wrote.

people will replicate his technology but they will buy his improvement licenses, just because it save money.
