This posting (ratified today by the general assembly) serves as a public announcement and is triggered by the until now unanswered question from Alain Coetmeur, earlier in a thread on his previous forum and thus serves as an answer too.
Alain spotted in an early stage our endeavor via the announcement on our “rudimentary” webpage, which contains two images that portrait in a funny way path definitions to success.

Trigger for this posting
Alain publicly asked, referring to the above mentioned publication, who could provide information about SynergetX HP.
Responding publicly would, up until now, have been disturbing to the process, in which we wanted to solve a major issue regarding the Benelux license agreement in a peaceful manner (where we tried all possibilities we could think of).
The publication on e-catworld.com regarding the problems Promoteon had encountered made us realize that the Benelux license dispute unfortunately probably needs to be addressed in court.
Although regarding license rights a court decision is the highest legal judgement to obtain, we feel obligated to let the (Benelux) public, especially business entities that want to engage in e-Cat technology, to judge for themselves the matters regarding the disputed status of the Benelux e-cat license because of the implications it has.
NB
Perhaps one can conclude from the announcements of former Italian and German licensees, that Industrial Heat and Rossi (on IH’s incentive?) are actually frustrating the market by not serving the demand on e-Cats and having a complete new agenda on how to enroll their business.

This also can be an explanation to the cause of our dispute regarding the Benelux license because on 19th of January 2012 we informed Mr.Rossi via Skype on our serious 1 MW plant customer.
The business initiative
If one searches the registry of Dutch chamber of commerce on LENR one sees that SynergetX HP bv is the only Dutch business involved mentioning LENR explicitly in their description. (Import, export, sell, distribute, lease, trading and advising in relation to LENR (Low Energy Nuclear Reactions) and other products, as well as the commercialization of licenses and other rights and interests.)
SynergetX HP is an initiative by six persons, that have a shared history regarding chemical engineering, to create a business vehicle with the goal to obtain an exclusive license on a LENR based technology for the Dutch territory and commercialize that in a broader sense via partnerships.
The majority of founding persons have had “cold fusion” on the radar since the compelling Fleischmann&Pons announcement in 1987.
The business initiative has been facilitated by ing. H. Dicker who via the subsidiary SynergetX bv has operated as director and spokesman on behalf of SynergetX HP.
Further down a statement on behalf of SynergetX will be included.
“commercialization of licenses and other rights and interests”
We, remarkably quick, successfully concluded some binding agreements of big strategic value.
The most profound agreement is the one with Mr. Rossi/Leonardo corp., where we via email agreed upon the exclusive commercial license for eCat technology (i.e. the “Rossi effect”!) for the Benelux market.
Unfortunately the agreement became disputed when Mr. Rossi sold the exclusive rights a second time to another business entity, not to be mentioned here for privacy reasons.
From what we can reconstruct based on our intelligence, is that this other business entity also claims the undisputed right to another european territory.
Communications
Attached to this posting we include in pdf format the relevant part, partly censored, of email communications that backs up our claim that we have a binding agreement.
We realize that this is a very unusual action but we think it is needed and crucial to let (business)people judge on how to engage on certain matters, and whether or not our claim is to be taken seriously, which is vital to engage.
Communications regarding the dispute with Rossi,Industrial Heat and the other claiming licensee do not strengthen our hope to be able to solve the dispute peacefully without battle in court.
From our perspective we have agreed with Rossi on a term of minimal five year of exclusive commercial rights for the Benelux territory, which we still not had a chance to exploit and thus, since old rights supersede those of IH and need to be served when claimed, we can still claim in its full length and Industrial Heat and others will have to respect that and act accordingly.
Management
SynergetX has fulfilled the task of directorship over SynergetX HP since its establishment (28 oct. 2011) for the last three years, operating with a dynamically reforming management team, but beginning 2015 SynergetX will end the directive task to make place for a new management which is needed for the new stage the endeavor has moved in to.
Since none of the fellow stockholders wishes or feels capable of taking over management we will try to attract a new management and include this process with the process of attracting partnerships and investment.
“attracting partnerships and investment”
Over the course of the past three years we engaged in several partnership- and investment negotiations, with big and small business entities, varying from industrial, finance, to energy trade, etc.
Unfortunately the disputed over license rights has become a big hindrance in the follow up of deploying the endeavor by causing delays, halts and other damages.
What we are looking for now are partnerships and investors that, in synergistic manner, want to get involved in the follow up of our endeavor.
Although the follow up is not limited to the E-cat license rights and the sales of E-cats only and it can also be in the commercialisation of other LENR technologies or the sales of the energy produced thereof, the pursue to the right of the license is still nevertheless an important part of the endeavor.
Business and partnership proposals
Serious proposals can be send to [email protected]
The SynergetX HP general assembly will on a regular basis judge incoming business and partnership proposals, and make a selection for follow up where forming a new management is part of the focus.
There are many possible follow-ups thinkable depending on the partnerships, business ideas, investment proposals, etc.
Regarding the Benelux E-cat rights we already defined in an early stage to focus on the Dutch market and have decided to find a separate partner to serve the Belgian part of the market which forms a business opportunity on itself.
We defined that our endeavor should reach much further then only selling “LENR devices/E-Cat's” via a (web)shop or distribution channels.
Among other things we plan to deliver a complete service in cooperation with partners to create a big customers satisfaction where we also plan to commercialize the produced energy in a synergistic manner.
Also we have planned an 1MW e-Cat pilot that should function as a kick-off and demo set-up.
Unfortunately under the given situation the purchase of a 1 MW e-Cat is a delicate matter.
Kind Regard,
SynergetX HP
