E-cat World publish a letter from Guido Parchi & Aldo Proia about the collaboration of Pr Stremmenos and Prometeon.
After having their license bought back, they have launched a program of basic research led by Pr Stremmenos.
It is involving many scientists, and have already led to transmutation evidence supporting the theory of Edmund Storms, but also the Electroweak theory.
They also are working on hypothesis able to allow better triggering and control.
If it is confirmed it may be the big revolution in the domain, because a working theory can allow engineers to design very efficient and reliable reactors, and surprising applications.
