Do not Hide Our bitterness, disappointment and disbelief, for this decision, which has no scientific basis, in our opinion.
We have already officially asked the reasons for this negative decision, but we are still waiting for feedback from the organization...
As it is in our style, and thanks to the Internet, we promptly decided to disclose the full text of what would be our intervention to ICCF19, if we had been invited. Also, last but not least, we also publish the full text of the patent connected and already filed.
Thank you for what you do you also for the defense of Open Science, and for the dissemination of Our documents attached.

I do not know the Open Power Association but I assume they are focussed to LENR. What can be the reason for ICCF to leave them out?

Well, it is a scientific meeting, not a convention. But we will be happy if
some members of your team of Open Science enrols themselves as
individuals to ICCF 19 to show us your texts and projects (and
results)Please remenber the fact that at Padua, the great Galileo teach his more
important theories in taverns of the citie, not in the amphitheaters
