Cold Fusion Policy Analysis
Dr. Grimshaw’s work in cold fusion policy began with his professional report (thesis) for the master’s degree at the LBJ School of Public Affairs[1]. He continues to give presentations and prepare papers on various aspects of LENR policy. In 2008, he presented two posters at the 14th International Conference on Cold Fusion (ICCF-14) at Washington, D.C.[2][3] and gave a presentation at the annual meeting of the American Physical Society in New Orleans[4].

LENR Research Support
Dr. Grimshaw is currently working with researchers who were previously with Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) to develop a proposal for new LENR investigations. The proposed collaboration includes Dr. Edmund Storms, who is widely regarded as one of the foremost LENR researchers in the world. He recently (2014) published the book, “The Explanation of Low Energy Nuclear Reaction”. He has also authored over 100 technical papers on LENR. A draft proposal is being prepared with complete resumes and a detailed inventory of instruments in three private labs in northern New Mexico. Dr. Grimshaw has obtained a preliminary trademark for the organization, and has prepared a presentation to help secure funding from grantmakers and/or investors when the proposal is approved for release.
Prior to focusing on the collaboration with the New Mexico researchers, Dr. Grimshaw provided close-in support to National Instruments for a variety of LENR activities. This association began with careful documentation of two LENR demonstrations by Dr. Francesco Celani of Italy’s INFN during 2012. Six researchers who were provided samples by Dr. Celani were then contacted to determine if the demonstrations had been verified. The results of this investigation were presented as a poster at ICCF-18 in 2013[13]. Following this work, Dr. Grimshaw assisted with documentation and interpretation of results for three other proposed devices, including a site visit to one of the organizations involved.

This explains how Thomas Grimshaw is holding the trademark "LENRGY" as it is reported.
Note the interesting relations with National Instruments, about the Celani wires.
Two players on LENR landscape : Grimshaw & Associates LLC and LENRGY LLC
Good luck.
