Animated smileys arbitrarily (it appears) found their way into posts I submitted to the new thread "Durable reactors with replaceable cores". They were also inserted into posts of those responding to that new thread.
It appears that the system at LENR Forum has been sufficiently corrupted to allow administrative functions to someone likely outside of those normally given administrative abilities. That is there has been a "hack" somewhere. I hope it has not come through my own rather archaic system. These smileys appeared sometime between 09:54 and 12:54 UTC. I can say they weren't there some 3 hours ago, although there was certainly a lot of delay in the functions at LENR Forum for an hour or so before that.
The Smileys are all animated, they overwrite at least a word of existing text, so they are destructive. The whole array of "new" smileys shows at the bottom of the screen, in the usual location for the static smiley line.
