Homemade ADC for thermocouple type K ad7810

Very nice!

For experimenters that are not good in electronics I can recommend MAX6675.
It can be easily connected to Arduino or other MCUs with SPI interface.

Whole PCB costs just around $4 even with thermocouple on eBay.

But it can read max. 1023°C!
For better precision and higher temperature there is new version of MAX IC, but it is more expensive.
