1. Abstract

Name of the project topic: Study of the effect of high-voltage electrical discharges on reservoir fluids and nodules in laboratory conditions.

Summary of the project. The project is dedicated to the research and development of electrical technology for modeling processes in the Earth's crust that lead to the formation of hydrocarbons and nodules. A study of the effect of high-voltage electrical discharges on the physicochemical characteristics of the fluids and rocks under study will be conducted, and a technology for modifying fluids and rocks using electrical discharges in a special reactor will be developed. In the reactor, for the implementation of EMF, liquid waste is rotated and a high-voltage electric voltage is obtained on the stator. To study the composition of fluids, modern physicochemical methods will be used: IR spectroscopy, CHSN elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction and microscopic analysis, etc.

The object of the study is spherical nodules, localized areas of high concentration of matter and ball lightning formed due to electrical discharges realized in the near-surface layer and underground. A model of the planet will be developed in which electrical discharges were realized, the result of which is the transformation of the nucleus. It contains not iron, but a plasma formation such as a plasma clot – a plasmoid or a ball lightning. The rotation of the core leads to the rotation of geospheres in the earth's crust, and their friction leads to the realization of statistical stress in the formation.

The results of the work and their novelty.

In the course of the work, the physicochemical characteristics of the studied fluids and rocks will be studied in order to determine their electrical properties and obtain plasmoids (artificial ball lightning) in the reactor. In this case, it will be:

− it will be established how electrical discharges propagate in petroleum fluids and rocks when, with an increase in the embedded discharge power, the fluid substance heats up to a temperature above 100 ° C and specific nodules are formed in the reactor volume

− the values of the electrical voltage during a short-term negative voltage period are obtained development of electric discharges based on oil, water, gas and rock of the Republic of Kazakhstan and supercritical fluids for cold nuclear fusion;

− from a technical point of view, the capacitance values of powerful electrical capacitors necessary to create an operating electrical voltage in the reactor have been established;

− a database of plasma chemical and chemical processes and reaction rate constants has been created to simulate a plasma model in underground areas filled with gas;

− a plasma model has been created in underground areas filled with gas;

− calculations of plasma components (electrons, ions, active radicals, excited molecules and atoms) predicting optimal conditions for the creation of plasmoids and ball lightning in underground conditions in a wide range of physicochemical parameters have been carried out;

− a model of the processes of energy transfer and relaxation in underground areas filled with gas has been created, and the necessary calculations have been carried out.

Scope of application. The results obtained will be used to create new methods of energy production based on electrical and plasma data on the structure of the planet Earth and to reduce the intensity of hydrocarbon production.

The significance of the work lies in the fact that the use of electrical discharges in connection with the properties of the planet Earth will give a new source of energy for the planet and help develop new technologies for the creation of aircraft and spacecraft.

The research uses a comprehensive research method. Theoretical and experimental studies will be carried out in the work. In this case, various chemical and spectral methods will be used, such as X-ray phase analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray fluorescence. These methods will be used both in the formulation of research and in the analysis of initial and final materials. Thus, an integrated approach to solving the tasks will be applied in the research.

Project objective: Research and development of technology for modification of fluids, plasmoids and ball lightning, production of ball nodules and areas with unique geological properties in connection with obtaining new methods of energy production for the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1. The electrical effect of plasmoids and ball lightning in the earth's crust leads to the formation of spherical and linear nodules, which we see in the fields of the Mangystau region and other parts of the world. The appearance of such nodules all over the world encourages us to study them, which can lead to the implementation of new ways of obtaining energy.

2. The planet Earth is "cold", the pressure and temperature are created by terrestrial electricity, electrical discharges, as well as by the friction of rotation of geospheres from a core consisting of plasma (the so-called "cold nuclear fusion") with a high content of iron oxide (Fe2O3), we can say the remnants of a gas-dust nebula from which are formed planets of the solar system and also other systems. Due to the rotation of the core, the friction of geospheres, plates, and geolithodynamic complexes (layers) occurs, creating electric charges and plasmoids in the Earth's crust, which accumulate in the Earth's electric capacitor (1 Farad), and at the same time have the properties of the radiator of the planet Earth. In the radiator, as we know, the temperature is constant. This means that fluids (water, oil, gas) are analogs of radiator fluid (such as antifreeze) for heat removal from the friction of geospheres and cold nuclear fusion processes.

2. Such a mechanism is the Wilson cycle in the theory of plate tectonics. The mechanism of fuel supply to the mantle and core is the process of subduction, where fluids are obtained due to the CSF, which migrate up to the surface of the Earth's crust. The drift of the continents in this case is associated with the mechanical process of rotation of the geospheres, which forms the dynamo effect of the planet Earth, and not convection in the mantle.

3. New articles by geophysicists indicate that the movement of geospheres with a depth is tens of times higher than previously assumed. At the same time, the core and plasma temperatures should not exceed 600 ° C, because above this temperature, organic residues burn, which proves the organic origin of oil. Water is formed due to the reactions of synthesis of inorganic chemical elements, while its amount is greater than organics.

4. Due to electrical processes and cold nuclear fusion, all secondary minerals such as coal from oil, ores from aqueous solutions containing metals, diamonds from organic carbon, gold from lead, etc. are formed. The proposed theory of sliding plate tectonics fully explains all processes in the Earth's crust and confirms the theory of continental drift, which, however, is currently being criticized.

5. To test the proposed theory, experiments were conducted to create electrical discharges in a special reactor in which reservoir conditions are created with the participation of various chemical elements and their transmutation was observed. However, due to the lack of equipped modern laboratory facilities, the necessary spectral and chemical analyses were not carried out.

6. Processes involving plasmoids and cold nuclear fusion lead to the formation of oil from organic substances when exposed to electricity, which is in agreement with biogenic theory. Subduction zones constantly feed a large amount of organic residues into the mantle, which leads to the formation of oil, the formation of which will never stop. Since the constant use of organic fuels leads to global climate change, it is necessary to constantly look for new sources and methods of energy production.

3. General concept of the project

3.1. Introductory part

The idea of the project is to research and develop an electrical technology for modeling processes in the Earth's crust that lead to the formation of hydrocarbons and nodules. 4. Scientific novelty and significance of the project

1. In the scheme under consideration, the formation of molecules of chemical compounds in the plasma that are part of natural gases and oil and their stay in the gaseous phase is assumed. With subsequent discharges, condensation occurs from the gaseous stage to the droplet-liquid state, migration, accumulation of liquid in traps in the Earth's crust. Plasma chemical reactions of the formation of chemical compounds that make up oil can begin with the formation of hydrocarbons and hydrogen in their free state. They can also begin with the decomposition of carbon compounds or hydrogen-containing organic or inorganic compounds in an electric discharge and then the synthesis of the formed elements, free radicals or products of the destruction of the molecules of the initial compounds. The proposed hypothesis of formation of molecules of compounds in the Earth's crust that are part of hot gases and oil does not exclude other ways and ways of formation of gas and oil, including the ways indicated by organic or inorganic hypotheses. Plasma chemical reactions can take effect at some stage of the processes described by the inorganic and organic hypotheses of oil formation, for example, from the stage when methane or carbon dioxide and hydrogen are obtained during the decomposition of organic matter, etc. Subsequently, hydrogenation, polymerization, cyclization and other reactions of obtaining complex organic compounds will occur in the plasma. According to the inorganic hypothesis of the formation of oil or gas:

A) hydrocarbons are released from magma;

B) hydrocarbons are synthesized from C and H2 by the catalytic action of rocks.

The energy source is the heat of magma. In the discharge plasma, Berthelot methane synthesis and subsequent possible methane dehydrogenation are possible.

According to the organic hypothesis of oil formation, the ways of destruction from solid organic matter to methane are described, but the ways and sources of energy for polymerization of methane to oil and asphalt are not indicated.

Plasma chemistry indicates the ways to obtain a liquid product from a solid or gaseous organic substance.

According to organic theories, the process of transformation of organic residue can be stimulated by: temperature, pressure, microflora, catalytic action of minerals (clays) and microflora, radioactivity, salinity of waters. In the proposed hypothesis, plasma in the discharge is added to this factor, on equal terms.

2. In the earth's crust there are volumes filled with natural gas consisting of molecules of hydrocarbon compounds, water vapor and other substances, as well as underground volumes filled with water or oil. In each of these phases - vapor-gas, liquid and solid, under certain conditions, the appearance of EMF of free electric charges, the accumulation of a volumetric charge and the formation of strong electric fields is possible. The occurrence of EMF and currents caused by physical and geological processes is also possible [I].

The most electrically charged are finely dispersed fragments of minerals with defects in the crystal lattices. It is with these surfaces that intensive secondary transformations are primarily associated. The effusive-clastic-carbonate and sandy-clay strata of the Mangyshlak Triassic have mainly positive diffusion-adsorption activity (ADA). For a sand-clay complex of rocks, the values of diffusion-adsorption activity vary from -4 to +45 mV. The minimum value of ADA is up to negative, small values are typical for quartz sandstones with dolomite cement. For pure and weakly clay polymictic analogues, the values of ADA do not exceed 10-15 mV. In highly clayey sandstones and siltstones, the sorption skeleton reaches 35 mV. The values of HELL are maximum in mudstones, but do not exceed 50-55 mV.

Tuff-clastic complex of rocks in terms of diffusion-adsorption activity is not inferior to sandy-clay rocks. Thus, the range of changes in blood pressure in vitroclastic tuffs reaches 45 mV. The activity values of tuffites are slightly higher. Moreover, depending on the dimension of the fragments, the amount of diffusion-adsorption activity changes in them. Tuffites containing a large amount of fine-grained and pelitic material have extremely high values of skeletal activity, which reach 50-55 mV.

Tufoaleurolites and tuff sandstones are characterized by values of diffusion-adsorption activity of the order of 15-40 mV, the minimum values of ADA are in sandstones.

3. When the electric field strength of the bulk charge reaches the value of the electrical strength of the medium, a discharge will occur, in which an electron- ion gas-discharge plasma is formed. When a large pulse current flows through the plasma, in case of poor heat exchange, it can be heated to a very high temperature. In a low-temperature plasma formed in a discharge or track of a high-energy particle, various chemical reactions of both synthesis and decomposition are possible. Numerous chemical reactions of organic synthesis occurring in low-temperature plasma have been studied in laboratory conditions. Industrial production of various substances in discharge plasma, for example, acetylene from methane, has been mastered.

4. During discharge in gaseous, liquid and solid phases and the formation of low-temperature plasma in the bowels of the Earth, chemical reactions of inorganic synthesis and the formation of compounds from simple substances, for example, carbon and hydrogen, are also possible. In high-temperature plasma, if it is formed in the Earth's interior, various nuclear reactions are possible, predicted theoretically and carried out practically in laboratory conditions. The release of a large amount of energy in the discharge plasma leads to the occurrence of earthquake shock waves.A strong electromagnetic field of the discharge current causes a disturbance of stationary fields and can be recorded in the same way as fields from lightning discharges in the atmosphere. At an earlier stage of the formation of our planet, violent tectonic activity took place, which was accompanied by electrical discharges with the release of a large amount of energy in the discharge plasma.

5. The hypothesis under consideration suggests one of the possible mechanisms for the formation of chemical compounds and radioactive isotopes in the Earth's crust. According to the proposed hypothesis, the synthesis of chemical compounds from simple bodies in low-temperature plasma and the formation of radioactive isotopes in hot plasma in the Earth's crust occurred in the distant geological epochs of the formation of the planet. The proposed hypothesis, in particular, allows for the formation of natural gases, oil, radioactive ores in our time, as well as the restoration of their reserves as a result of natural processes occurring in the plasma igniting in the substance of the planet. The formation of electric charges in rocks and voids filled with gas and liquid can occur under the influence of processes occurring in the Earth's crust, atmosphere or near-Earth space.

Let's look at some of these processes. For example, an electric charge accumulated in a thundercloud induces the appearance on the earth's surface of a charge equal to it in magnitude and opposite in sign. The charge of the opposite sign released in the Ground spreads due to conduction. Electric field lines appear between the cloud charge and a section of the Earth's surface. Part of the force flow is dissipated in the Ground. During the discharge, a strong current flows between the cloud and a piece of Earth and an alternating electromagnetic field is formed, the change of which causes the occurrence of E.D.S. in the Ground. At a high rate of increase of the lightning current, the magnitude of the induced EMF is quite large. An electric field arises, the components of which are directed along the radius to the tangent, therefore electric discharges are possible in each of these directions.

The theory of the formation of free electrical discharges in the atmosphere also indicates the presence of water droplets in the air and turbulent flow motion.

There are always water vapors in the natural gas that fills the voids in the earth's crust. The turbulent movement of gas masses is caused by thermal gradients, the passage of shock waves through the gas volume, the infusion of gas jets from other volumes due, for example, to the tidal action of the Moon, etc. Consequently, in an underground gas atmosphere, as well as in an open, near-Earth atmosphere, there may be conditions for the formation of free electric charges, their accumulation, the occurrence of a high-intensity volumetric charge field and an electric discharge.

In the bowels of the Earth, in dielectric rocks, it is possible to accumulate volumetric electric charges and the formation of high field strength up to values corresponding to the electrical strength of the medium. Calculations show that due to the low electrical conductivity and high electrical strength of some rocks, a large volume charge can accumulate in them, the wave energy of which is hundreds or more times higher than the charge in the atmosphere of free gas. The charge concentration in rocks will also exceed the charge concentration in the atmosphere by several orders of magnitude. As a result of the spark discharge indicated in the bowels of the Earth, energy can be released in the order of magnitude equal to the energy released during earthquakes. Therefore, it becomes possible for stress waves and earthquakes to occur during underground lightning discharges.

The accumulation of charges is possible only in materials with high resistance. Such dielectric rocks lie at a depth of up to 18 km, where there is already high pressure compacting the rock, but there are no high temperatures yet, increasing electrical conductivity. From the distribution of specific electrical conductivity over the Earth's crust and upper mantle, constructed according to experimental data, it follows that the specific electrical conductivity has a minimum value of approximately 10-11 ohms · cm at a depth of about 16 km at a temperature of about 200 °From. It follows from the above that if the phenomena under consideration are associated with earthquakes, then their foci will lie at shallow depths. It is known that the energy released during such earthquakes is relatively small.

Образование планеты Земля связано с взрывом газопылевой туманности, наблюдаемые и изучаемые в современное время, где просматривается ее вращение. Вращение газопылевой туманности приводит к накоплению электричества и образования гравитационного и магнитного поля, притягивающие различный космический мусор, переработка которого приводит к образованию первичной земной коры.

Вот в ядре образующейся планеты остается газопылевая туманность, сравнимая с плазмой ХЯС и шаровой молнией. Вращение ядра и приводит к динамо-эффекту.

Динамо-эффект планеты Земля рассматривался в разное время многими исследователями (Мельников, Бражников), но его связывали с конвекцией. Последние сейсмические и сейсмологические данные позволили изучить внутреннее устройство планеты Земля, где было выделено несколько геосфер от ядра до земной коры. Как известно, скорость вращения геосфер уменьшается от ядра до поверхности. Если скорость дрейфа континентов регистрируется данными GPS, то замер скорости нижележащих геосфер еще не разработан. Трубицин предполагает скорость мантии 1 – 10 м/год (1998 г.), а ядра – 1 м/сек (2003 г.). Налицо разность скоростей геосфер от ядра до поверхности. Значит, дрейф континентов происходит за счет передачи вращения ядра до поверхности. Этот процесс мною ассоциируется с передаточным механизмом в автомобиле, который, в конце концов, стирается и меняется (сцепление). Этот же самый эффект и приводит к динамо-эффекту планеты Земля, что и служит генератором электричества в огромных количествах. Накопителем вырабатываемой таким образом энергии служит литосфера, имеющая свойства электрического конденсатора. Пластинами земного конденсатора служат горные породы (пласты), а прокладкой (диэлектриком), в свою очередь, являются флюиды, циркулирующие (мигрирующие) между пластами. Флюиды образуются в зонах субдукции из горных пород, содержащих в себе и органические вещества. Во время поглощения горные породы растираются в порошок (муку) за счет эффекта жерновов, образующего за счет разницы скорости движения пластин (пластов) и геосфер. Глубинные флюиды растворяют и выносят на большие расстояния различные растворимые в ней породы (глина, известняк и др.), образуя, таким образом, базальные пачки, по которым и происходит миграция флюидов. Таким образом, литосфера служит не только электрическим конденсатором, но и радиатором для охлаждения ядерно-плазменных процессов в мантии и ядре планеты Земля. Флюиды образуются за счет этих процессов: нефть – из органики – углерода и водорода, а вода – из кислорода и водорода. Т.е. нефть – органического происхождения, а вода – неорганического, но механизмом их превращения служат электровзрывы в земной коре и мантии, приводящие к ядерно-плазменным реакциям холодного типа (до 6000С). Подтверждением этому заключению служат палинологические данные флюидов (Медведева, 1977), в которых содержатся споры и пыльца растений, сохраняющаяся до 600 С.

В то же время базальные пачки служат и смазкой для вращения геосфер и движения пластов (пластин, чешуй). Во время движения пластов происходит их дробление, за счет растягивания (разрыва), образуя карсты, зеркала скольжения, стилолитовые швы, листрические разломы. Пустоты заполняются флюидом, которые за счет электроразрядов в земной коре приводят к процесам ХЯС, приводящим к образованию вторичных отложений. К ним относятся уголь, полиметаллическая руда и др. В настоящее время подтверждением таких процессов на глубине служат шаровые и цилиндрические конкреции.

Таким доказательством служат геологические тела – шаровые конкреции, изучение которых в течение 300 лет было дискуссионным. Шары имеют форму планеты Земля и состоят из геосфер (шар в шаре как русская матрешка). В центре шара химический анализ показал 90% оксида железа (Fe2О3), а к периферии – 5-7% и кремния 70% (в виде кварцевого песчаника, сцементированного глиной). Шаровые конкреции, описанные автором, образовались в юрско-меловых отложениях Южного Мангышлака, откуда ведется добыча нефти и газа. Нефтегазоводоносные пласты субгоризонтально выходят на поверхность в районе горного Каратау. Пласт сложен тем же материалом, что и шары, но содержание оксида железа составляет 2 – 3%. Шаровые конкреции образовывались в базальных пластах юры и мела, заполненных флюидом и раздробленной до муки горной породой, считающейся коллектором в нефтяной геологии. Во время электровзрыва образовывались шаровые молнии, обладающие электромагнитным полем и вращением 20-40 м/сек, как в опыте Л.Уруцкоева и др. Только таким образом могли образовываться шаровые конкреции Южного Мангышлака. Их изучение позволит создать условия образования шаровых плазменных образований, обладающих большой кинетической энергией. Примером такой энергии служат взрывы в шахтах. Во время проходки продуктивного пласта часто встречаются пустоты-карсты, внутри которых находятся шаровые молнии. Шахтеры их называют «шубины» или «зайчики». Доказательством таких процессов и служат шаровые конкреции, встречающиеся во всех рудных и угольных шахтах. Шаровые конкреции образуются во время извержения вулканов и грязевых вулканов, что говорит об электрическом происхождении вулканов и образования магмы связано с электродоменами (электропечи) земными, а не с мантией, но только в зонах континентальной и океанической субдукции! Шаровые конкреции обнаружены в Египетских пирамидах, дольменах и других мегалитах мира. Это позволит создать новую энергию, наподобие устройства самой планеты Земля. Она сама производит огромное количество энергии, позволяющей образовывать земную атмосферу, существование животного мира и т.д.

Подобием процессов, происходящих в земной коре, служат исследования, проведенные в Курчатовском институте (Л. Уруцкоев). Во время электровзрыва проволочек в дистиллированной воде образовались химические элементы, которых там не было до взрыва. В то же время над крышкой сосуда появилось шарообразное плазменное образование со скоростью вращения 20-40 м/сек. Если в земном конденсаторе получить такое образование во время электровзрыва в базальных пачках и карстах, то это и будет служить доказательством вышеизложенного.

Человечество в своем развитии близко подошло к познанию планеты Земля, но экономические и политические передряги не позволяют всем задуматься над новой энергией. Если человечество и дальше будет использовать энергию Земли (нефть, газ, вода и др.), которые служат для охлаждения ядерно-плазменных реакций, то планета погибнет и вместе с ней и вся земная цивилизация. Нужно объединить усилия всего научного потенциала планеты Земля для нахождения новой энергии. Любое промедление будет непоправимо.

Я призываю все человечество под эгидой ООН создать все условия для проведения научных работ по открытию новой энергии, подсказывающей самой природой ее механизм. Нужно создать общий (всемирный) банк данных, доступный для любого человека планеты Земля. Грядущая опасность отрезвит любого религиозного деятеля или террориста.

«Одна планета – одна мечта» - такой лозунг выдвинули китайцы на Олимпиаду 2008 года. Это древнейшее государство правильно поняли будущее человечества, давайте станем землянами, которых должны принять к себе в сообщество другие цивилизации Вселенной.

Р.S. Монреальская (Канада) конференция по изменению климата поставила неправильные вопросы по предупреждению катастрофы. Они неправильно понимают процессы изменения климата за счет парниковых газов. Природный кондиционер еще справляется с этими газами, но это не результат деятельности человека. Нужно сократить добычу нефти, воды и газа, запретить эксплуатировать обводненные нефтегазоносные пласты, где на 1 т нефти приходится 10 т воды. И только новая энергия поставит все на свои места в политике и экономике.

В 1903 году было закончено строительство башни на острове Лонг-Айленд на северной окраине Нью-Йорка. С поиощью расположеного на башне и возле неё оборудования--Тесла собирался воздействовать на ионосферу Земли и качать с небес океан ДАРМОВОЙ электроэнергии. В 1993 году на основе патентов Истлунда Военно-морской флот и Военно-воздушные силы США заказали фирме "ARCO Power Technologies Inc" строительство сверхмощного ионосферного микроволнового излучателя на основе антенны с фазированной решёткой (способной к ФОКУСИРОВКЕ пучка излучения) на Аляске в окрестностях Анкориджа.ДЛЯ ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ ВОЕННЫХ ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТОВ ПО ВОЗДЕЙСТВИЮ НА ИОНОСФЕРУ.Так, было, началось воплощение в жизнь научно-исследовательской программы HAARP(High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program)...

По РТР показывали документальный фильм "Лучи смерти.Гиперболоид инженера Филиппова."Там в окончании фильма некий академик Семёнов из Института теплотехники (и главарь Ассоциации "Экология непознанного)рассказывает по сути дела о том же,о чём я писал в статье "Круги на полях".Упоминаются и разработки Рамилия Авраменко.

Кстати:Что касается легенды,будто плазменная оболочка увеличивает скорость летательного аппарата.

В этом же фильме вышеназванный Семёнов говорит:образование плазменного клубка ВПЕРЕДИ ракеты создаёт своеобразную "воздушную яму".В которую нос ракеты проваливается,она начинает кувыркаться и от нагрузок разрушается.Этот эффект и пытался использовать в своих разработках Авраменко.Только пытался!

Третий взрыв прогремел в пятницу на аварийной шахте "Пайк-Ривер" близ новозеландского города Греймута, сообщает австралийская телерадиокомпания Эй-Би-Си.

Взрыв погремел менее чем через час после того, как по всей Новой Зеландии прошла минута молчания в память 29 шахтеров, которые оказались заблокированы в шахте после первого взрыва.

Первый взрыв прогремел на этой шахте неделю назад, второй - в понедельник на этой неделе. Второй взрыв, по оценкам экспертов, был настолько мощным, что он не дал никаких шансов тем, кто мог бы остаться живым после первого взрыва.

Я уже делал подобный публичный опыт на симпозиуме по электромагнитной совместимости и окружающей среде (Вроцлав, 1990). Город местами был затоплен ливнем до уровня пола в трамваях, в точно обозначенном заранее интервале времени. Этим сразу заинтересовались военные из разных стран, после чего полностью прекратил свои работы в данном направлении. Доходило до того, что из управления КГБ в Москве спускали приказы по негласному изъятию из квартиры всех уцелевших материалов и рукописей.

Поэтому я глубоко осуждаю различные неосознанные по своим последствиям направления, говорил об этом и другим, в частности Дудышеву, который намеревался "зашунтировать небесные молнии" ради получения лишнего кусочка энергии.

Это всё равно, что отрезать на шашлыки вымя у самой лучшей дойной коровы.

The charge concentration in rocks will also exceed the charge concentration in the atmosphere by several orders of magnitude. 3) Electric discharges of fluids in stationary mode will be carried out in an autoclave reactor. The experiments will be conducted in air and supercritical organic and aqueous fluids, at temperatures from 20 to 100 ° C and duration of 30, 60 and 120 minutes. The installation provides for automatic maintenance of the process temperature, the possibility of selecting gaseous and liquid products.

4) The project will comply with the principles of scientific ethics, in particular, high standards of intellectual honesty and will not allow falsification and fabrication of scientific data, plagiarism, false co-authorship, use by individual participants of collective research, data and conclusions obtained in research, without the consent of other participants. During the research, the participation of animals and humans is not planned. All conducted research will be carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5) Scientific results will be presented in the form of scientific publications. The rights of authors of publications will be respected in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The results of the study may be issued for obtaining an innovative patent of the Republic of Kazakhstan for a method of electrical processing in a reactor of supercritical organic and aqueous fluids. The authors of the patent will be the executors of the project.

Я всё время слышу разговоры об электричестве в земной коре. Объясните, пожалуйста, что Вы при этом имеете в виду. Во-первых, у змного шара имеется отрицательный заряд, равный 570000 Кл. Это означает что на поверхности земли имеется радиальное электрическое поле 126 В/м. Но этот заряд и это поле ни к каким последствиям внутри земли привести не могут, т.к. весь указанный заряд сосредоточен в поверхностном слое.

Видимо Вы имеете в виду какие-то токи, которые текут внутри проводящих слоёв земли. Именно эти токи и могу производить какое-то энергетическое воздействие на внутренние земные структуры. Но если это так, то Вы должны объяснить происхождение этих токов с точки зрения существующих законов электродинамики.

Я как раз и обратил ваше внимание. Внедрение электричества, которое вы ищете под землёй, зависит не от понимания земли учёными, а от состояния мозгов правящей элиты. Ибо такие источники уже несколько лет, как созданы без помощи геологии и успешно работают на закрытых объектах.
