A new LENR (Cold Nuclear Fusion) theory that has some resemblance to Gennadiy. A. Simakov is Russian, and is well studied. The paper is in layman terms, so easy to read. Conclusion:
"The suggested assumption that the electron orbits of atoms are created by the probabilistic process of electron emission by the neutrons of the nucleus leads to the possibility of the absence at some times of the Coulomb barriers of the atom, the critical approach of the nucleus and the passage of cold nuclear reactions. A look at a proton as a neutron with an electron vacancy (a “hole”) leads to the hypothesis of the existence of a neutron ether (dark matter). The “special” neutrons make it do not emit the orbital electrons and therefore do not participate in the physical interactions that are customary for our world. Periodic perturbations of the dark ether lead to the creation of “normal” neutrons clusters of our world, which emit electrons, create atoms and nuclear reactions in the composition of stars and other cosmic objects. The evolution of the planets of the solar system was determined by the dominance of physical, chemical and geological conditions, and if nuclear reactions predominated at the initial stage, then the era of inorganic and organic chemistry came. Linking cosmology to the modern problem of LENR, I would like to note that these are already pathetic remnants of those old processes that “create planets iron” while it was hot. Предполагаю, что шаровая молния - это самоподдерживающийся СВЧ разряд, состоящий из наносекундных электромагнитных импульсов (МЭМИ). Термин "СВЧ" для отдельного импульса - это литературный образ, характеризующий только крутизну нарастания фронта воздействия: прямоугольность ступеньки ВАХ (для МЭМИ), остроту клюва дятла, резкость стука в дверь и т.п. Частота, длина волны и, тем более температура, для импульса не имеют никакого физического смысла. Именно МЭМИ осуществляют холодную трансмутацию ядер одних химических элементов в другие, за счет градиента (крутизны фронта) потока механической энергии ("удара"). Ядра атомов состоят не из нуклонов, а из ядер других атомов (Луи Кервран, Ацюковский В.А. и др.). Именно по границам этих атомов и происходит низкоэнергетическая трансформация (отрыв или присоединение) с энергиями кило-электрон-вольты. "Удар" приходится не на кулоновский барьер, а на границу между атомами (ядрами), например, гелия. Для простоты электроны не рассматриваем, поэтому говорим атом, подразумеваем ядро, говорим ядро - подразумеваем атом. Таким образом, E-Cat и Hot-Cat Росси-Пархомова работают следующим образом: после нагрева гидрида металла до критической температуры (1200-1400 град.) начинают генерироваться самопроизвольные МЭМИ (экспериментальный факт Зателепина В.Н., Баранова Д.С.). МЭМИ, взаимодействуя с эфиром, локально возбуждают "дребезг" в "шестеренках Максвелла" и зажигают в гидриде шаровую молнию (широкополосный СВЧ резонатор Кушелева А.Ю.). Чтобы она не потухла, в плазмоид нужно подавать "топливо" и удалять "золу". Например, в установке "Энергонива" (Вачаева А.В., Иванова Н.И.) была проточная вода (металлургический режим). При этом катушкой индуктивности снимались излишки электроэнергии (энергетический режим), предохраняя тем самым реактор от расплавления. В рубиновых шариках Кушелева А.Ю. излишки электромагнитной энергии высвечиваются, предохраняя тем самым резонатор от разрушения.

I suspect that globular lightning is self – sustaining microwave discharge consisting of nanosecond electromagnetic pulses (NEMP). The term microwave frequency for the singular impulse is the literary image that describe the steepness increment of impact front: the squareness of the VAC (volt-ampere characteristic) step (for the nanosecond electromagnetic pulses), woodpecker’s nib sharpness, blatancy of the tap on the door etc. The pulse frequency, wave – length and temperature does not have any physical meaning. Nanosecond electromagnetic pulses carry out the low – energy transmutation of nuclears of the one chemical element to another due to the gradient (front stepness) of the mechanical energy stream (“strike”). The nuclears of atoms consist of the nuclears of another atoms rather than from the nucleons (Luis Kervran, Atsukovski V.A. and etc.). Along the boundaries of that neighboring atoms occurs low – energy transformation (separation or attachment) with energies of KeV. The strike impacts to the borderline between atoms (nucleus) helium, for example, rather than to the Coulomb barrier. The electrons are not discussed for the simplicity that is why when we discuss an atoms it mens the nucleus and when we discuss the nucleus it means the atoms. Therefore, E – Cat and Hot – Cat of Rossi – Parkhomova function in the following manner: after the heating of the metal hydride to the critical temperature (1200 – 1400°C) the autogenous nanosecond electromagnetic pulses starts to generate (Zatelepin V.N. and Baranov D.S. ' experimental result). Nanosecond electromagnetic pulses during the interaction with the ether induce the “bounce” in the “Maxwell sprockets” locally and light up the globular lightning in the metal hydride (wide – range microwave resonator of Khushelev). To keep the globular lightning, it is necessary to feed fuel and to remove the fuel ash. Running water (metallurgical mode) fulfilled this function in the “Energonive” unit (Vachaev A.V., Ivanova N.I.). The extra amount of an energy (energetical mode) were withdrawn with help of inductance coil to keep the reactor from the melting. The extra amount of an energy in the ruby balls of Khushlev is backlighting to keep the resonator from the distraction.

На основе усовершенствованной модели эфира Максвелла предложена система гипотез, открывших путь к созданию принципиально новых экологически чистых микроволновых двигателей и источников энергии, способных получать из эфира практически неограниченное количество энергии в любой точке Вселенной. Сформулирована гипотеза о структуре эфира под названием "нановорлд" из-за размеров его элементов. Предполагается, что в одном кубическом метре структуры наномира содержится порядка 10^114 Дж энергии, что на 96 порядков больше энергии, содержащейся в кубическом метре ядерного топлива. Эта чудовищная энергия может быть взята из структуры наномира с помощью электромагнитного резонатора специальной формы и фактора высокого качества (теоретически коэффициент добротности должен быть более 150000). Экспериментально подтверждено, что весь класс ритуальных предметов (трезубцы древних богов, свастика, различного рода корона и др.) на самом деле являются неизвестными науке резонаторами. Их коэффициент добротности ограничивается только точностью изготовления каркаса и качеством материалов, а, значит, теоретически неограничен. Эти резонаторы могут быть изготовлены как из металла, так и из непроводника. Наиболее эффективными являются диэлектрические резонаторы (специальные классы многогранников, в частности алмазная форма и др.). Они необходимы для изготовления в течение угловых секунд, что позволит достичь необходимого коэффициента качества. Также изложена и экспериментально подтверждена гипотеза о том, что христианский крест может служить микроволновым двигателем (EmDrive), способным двигаться без реактивной струи в воздухе и пространстве. Открыт механизм возникновения тяги. Механизм создания тяги такой же как у рыбы. Ток проводимости в проводнике или ток смещения в диэлектрике воздействует на эфир аналогично тому, как рыба воздействует на воду.

On the basis of the advanced model of Maxwell's ether is offered a system of the hypotheses which have opened a way to creation essentially new ecologically pure microwave engines and sources of energy, capable to receive from ether practically unlimited amounts of energy in any point of the Universe. The hypothesis about structure of ether named "nanoworld" because of the sizes of its elements is stated. It is supposed, that in one cubic metre of nanoworld's structure is contained of the order 10^114 J of energy, that on 96 orders more than energy contained in cubic metre of nuclear fuel. This monstrous energy can be taken from structure of nanoworld with the help of the electromagnetic resonator of the special form and high quality factor (theoretically quality factor should be more than 150000). Experimentally is confirmed, that the whole class of ritual subjects (the tridents of ancient gods, swastika, various kind of a crown etc.) actually are a unknown by science resonators. Them quality factor is limited only to accuracy of manufacturing of the carcass and quality of materials, and, means, theoretically unlimited. These resonators can be made both of metal, and from non-conductor. Most effective are dielectric resonators (special classes of polyhedrons, in particular diamond form etc.). They are necessary for making to within angular seconds, that will allow to reach necessary quality factor. Also is stated and experimentally confirmed the hypothesis that the christian cross can serve the microwave engine (EmDrive) capable to move without a reactive jet in air and space (UFO and viman). The mechanism of occurrence of draft is opened.

Кто и зачем построил храмы и железнодорожные вокзалы, которые не похожи на храмы и вокзалы? При проектировании и строительстве забыли сделать лестницы на колокольни, печное отопление, тепловые тамбуры, изоляцию стен от грунтовых вод и др. Ответ: инопланетяне. Зачем так много церквей в одном месте? А всё потому, что храмы строились не для моления людей! Керамические магнетроны (кирпичи обожженные СВЧ) изготовлены роботами (машинная кладка под управлением компьютера). Они строили магнетроны в виде городов с улицами и домами. Под каждым городом есть катакомбы (тоннели), которые люди не могли построить по многим причинам, например, из-за грандиозности объемов земляных работ и производства кирпича на месте или строительства дорог для его доставки. Поэтому "колониальная" архитектура стандарт для всего мира, в т.ч. для стран, которые колонией никогда не были. Художники руинисты (15-18 век) писали свои картины с натуры, т.е. тогда когда люди не успели еще перестроить магнетроны в дома и дворцы. Везде все одно и тоже - магнетроны (бывшие выпариватели) по типовым проектам, засыпанные, потом откопанные и объявленные национальной культурой и особенностями местной архитектуры "античного" и "колониального" типа. Инопланетяне строили керамические (кирпичные) дома-магнетроны не для людей, а для выпаривания родниковой воды. Земляные валы соединяли между собой некоторые «города» (магнетроны), что удешевило и ускорило постройку железных дорог. Люди из домов (магнетронов) выбирали здание для будущего вокзала, а потом к нему тянули колею. Земля это бывший карьер инопланетян: рудники в пустыне без металлов доказывают их добычу. Who and why built temples and rail stations that look like anything but temples and stations? Their designers and builders forgot to add stairs to the bell towers, stove heating, tambours, groundwater protection of the walls, etc. The correct answer is aliens. Why so many churches in the same place? Because it was not for prayers that they were built. Ceramic magnetrons (microwave-fired bricks) were made by robots (computer-controlled masonry). Aliens built magnetrons that looked like cities full of streets and houses. There are catacombs and tunnels hidden under every city in the world - these could not be built by humans for many reasons, for example, because of the gigantic scope of the earthworks, the quantity of bricks required on site, or the extent of road construction for the delivery of bricks. This is the reason why the so-called “colonial" architecture is the same no matter where in the world you are, including countries that have never been a colony. The ruinist painters of the 15th to 18th centuries painted from life because the humankind had not yet had time to convert the magnetrons into houses and mansions. Everything is the same no matter where you are — magnetrons (ex-evaporators) built to standard designs, first buried, then excavated and declared “unique” and “colonial” works of national culture and local architecture. The aliens built ceramic (brick) magnetrons not as residential buildings, but to evaporate spring water. Earthworks connecting some of the magnetron cities reduced the cost and speeded up the construction of railroads. Humans used to choose one of the magnetrons as the prospective rail station and then to build a rail track to connect it. Earth is a former alien quarry - mines in the desert devoid of minerals indicate that these got exhausted ages ago. Thus, the ancient stone structures on Earth prove that the source of electric energy for the ball lightning is ether and that NEMP /HVNP (nanosecond electromagnetic pulses) is cold non-nuclear fusion (LENR).
