Watch Frank salivate over the latest news: Commercialization to Start March 2016. What this is Frank is a punt. Kick the ball to the far side of the court and watch-em scramble. The word commercialization in and of itself means nothing. So a statement like that just buys more time.
As for the $3B in orders. That's how you value a market. This is going to reflect on how much they will want from big huge multinational corporation to pay to buy them out. They're on the market looking for a buyer. They are not looking for ways to make or even outsource the thing.
There is only one little tiny problem with this $3B equation. Actually two. First off, money that big is usually public. With the publicity comes transparency and even more important culpability. Any behemoth that is going to spend huge wads of cash to buy this little tiny outfit out is going to have to answer to their shareholders before doling out the money. This is going to take on the form of public disclosures. Public disclosures and Rossi's tactics aren't going to mix well. Secondly, these guys do not have all of their ducks in a row. They have what they claim is a working machine. They have a meaningless patent. I say meaningless because a patent in and of itself does not mean it works. What they lack is FDA approval. They will need that because people will get spasticated about having this contraption around and the thing will have to be tested for whatever. If they don't have a reason to test and certify it rest assured they will find one. So this is still a wildcard that will no doubt stop any kind of huge purchase these guys might have in the works.
That said don't hold your breath waiting for March 2016.
