I didn't remember that Nathan Cohen was interested in LENRs.

According to Pr. Nottale, from the University of Paris, space-time has a fractal structure. ( Scale Relativity Theory)

Metamaterials might be the best solution to best match the properties of the universe to achieve low energy nuclear reactions.
