Censorship, FOIA, and Mary Yugo

    Without his frequent attacks on Rossi, the E-Cat and those who still believed in Rossi Mary Yugo would probably not have been banned. In the light of recent developments on the Rossi front it would appear that the decision to ban Mary was premature. To me it seems that it is more than likely that Mary Yugo was right all the time (as was I for that matter).


    So I think that this ban should be lifted and an apology would also be fitting. If Mary wants to honor this site with another visit is an entirely different thing.

    Your opinion / speculation on what is currently ongoing on the "Rossi front" seems premature as well. Better wait until mid of June (maybe later, depending on how the court case develops) to see if we all can get rid of one of the most important speculation: is "Rossi says" true or not...

    Mary was banned because she was rude and obnoxious. Thomas remains because he is not. Both speak of interesting fact and opinion but from a particular strong viewpoint. Mary crossed the 'line'.

    Mary, or someone who took her account name, is visiting the site. I see her name pop up in the list of online users from time to time; most recently a few days ago.

    Maybe the paid trolls should donate to LENR research half of the gold pieces they earn?

    I think Mary Yugo has the same issues that allot of people have when they are in arguments that last over years.
    That is, that the issue becomes personal and after time usually involves an insult on the other persons intelligence. After posting the same general focus and point of view for so long they just got sloppy and forgot to stick to the facts. Hence the vitriol and non-sequiturs. To persist on a forum, the dialogue needs to be non-personal and fact based.


    If MY can skip insulting anyone and follow the rules MY should be able to post. They have something to say that is worth listening to. MY may not like this but now certainly is aware of why it is required.

    And I do agree with you that Mary Yugo is a man. Don't ask me how I know...please. I also agree that he is not nice, and notorious.
