A few thoughts.

The electret based system in the O-Phone wasn't really Orbo.

What defined Orbo were magnetic interactions that produced overunity power. Conversely, the electret was mostly an electrostatic effect (which could have been augmented by electromagnets or permanent magnets augmenting the electric field).

Hepha Heat is what will be interesting to watch, because it represents the core of Orbo (magnetic and not electret). Basically, by controlling the timing, waveforms, and intensities of input into a "soft" magnetic substance (like nickel) you can turn domains with near zero cost. This is because due to the change of magnetic field propagation speed dependent upon the saturation of a magnetic substance, the input of a primary would not produce a back EMF. If there were no secondary, you would get domain rotation for free (or nearly free) with excess heat from the "friction" of the domains scraping each other as they turn. A variation of this effect is what powered Steorn's purely magneto-mechanical systems.

The last I heard, the division operating Hepha Heat was still moving forward with partner companies. I hope we get an update soon.
