  • I know nothing about Italian law, but I suspect that paying for a "professional" evaluation which is then "withdrawn" would be laywer-fodder in the US. At the very least, a refund of all monies paid. "Clients" relying on the report ... possible libel ... UoB's got deep pockets, I suspect.

I also know nothing about Italian law, but I suspect any possible liability would only go so far as the value of the contract. The contract will have been written (boiler plate) by UNIBO in the main part and of course they don't put themselves at legal/financial risk. This is just how these sorts of things work.

Notice that Rossi did not demand/suggest a re-test fixing the issues (which are only the ones that Levi chose to mention). Given that any such re-test would, I think, not be allowed by UNIBO with Levi operating solo again (or possibly involved at all), we all know that it isn't going to happen.

Big pharma NAZI terror ends Tomorrow 24:00 (31.3.2022)

Not even infected have to isolate any longer! Omicron is a cold and as since ever nobody must isolate due to a cold. Of course many still will do it as there are strong colds and soft colds.

  • That was from six months ago, when the proportion of seniors to younger people vaccinated was much more. It hardly applies anymore now.

It applies completely. The only vaccinated people who are hospitalized or dying are very old, or very ill with cancer or some other serious disease that affects their immune system. Look at a group of vaccinated and unvaccinated healthy people below age 50, with no major comorbidities. You will see that the unvaccinated people are roughly 100 times more likely to die from COVID. Yet some hospitals in some countries have about equal numbers of vaccinated and unvaccinated people under 50. That is because of the base rate fallacy. For example, in Japan nearly the entire adult population has been vaccinated. Roughly 99%. Where there are equal numbers of vaccinated and unvaccinated people in a Japanese hospital, that is because unvaccinated people (1% of the population) are roughly 100 times more likely to get seriously ill.

  • As I said, the base rate fallacy is why about half of healthy young adult COVID patients hospitalized in Japan are vaccinated. Because they are 99% of the population. An unvaccinated young adult is roughly 100 times more likely to be hospitalized, but there are very few unvaccinated people, so their numbers in the hospital are not proportional to their numbers in the general population.

In the U.S., in many places, ~60% of the young adult population in vaccinated. That means the hospitalized population is closer to the proportion in the general population. In U.S. hospitals 90 to 95% of patients are unvaccinated. The 5 to 10% who are vaccinated come from the 60% pool. They are much less likely to get sick, and about 100 times less likely to die. Young patients with no comorbidities who die are virtually all unvaccinated. Some doctors say they have never seen a young, vaccinated patient die. Many older vaccinated patients do die. The risk of dying at age 70 is greater for vaccinated people than for unvaccinated people age 30, as shown here:

  • How Jed can say that 99 percent of the Japanese population is vaccinated is beyond me.

In Canada about 82 percent of the entire population is vaccinated, and Japan trails Canada slightly.

Here are some numbers to contemplate :

In Ontario hospital ICUs (Intensive Care Units), lately about two thirds of Covid patients are at least fully jabbed.

Thus the ratio of jabbed to unjabbed in ICU is 2 : 1

The adult population ratio of jabbed to unjabbed is about 8 : 1

So, being fully jabbed lowers ICU risk about four fold.

In the last two years in Ontario up to present, almost 8,000 people have been admitted to ICU for Covid.

The population of Ontario adults over age 35 is about 8,000,000.

Thus the chance of admittance to ICU with Covid for those over 35 was 1 in 1000.

(Of course almost all of those admitted are older and/or with comorbidities)

Assuming Covid is as virulent in the population as it has averaged over the last two years (unlikely!), a fully jabbed person over the age of 35 in the next year lowers his risk of an ICU visit from .4 in 1000 to .1 in 1000.

Given dropping jab efficacy against hospitalization, negative jab efficacy against infection, and increasing evidence of jab induced immunodeficiency, the continued pushing of injections in Ontario is looking increasingly misplaced and as appropriate as an Oscarian slap in the face.

  • First Look at Newly Released Pfizer Docs, Part 2: The ‘not necessary’ safety studies

    https://trialsitenews.com/first-look-at-newly-released-pfizer-docs-part-2/https://trialsitenews.com/first-look-at-newly-released-pfizer-docs-part-2/

    By Sonia Elijah

In Part 1 of my investigative report for TrialSite News, having reviewed thousands of Case Report Forms in relation to the FDA’s latest release of Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine clinical trial documents, the analysis uncovered many critical errors and anomalies, raising critical questions as to the integrity of the clinical trial data—had the data been compromised?

In Part 2, I take an in-depth look at the confidential ‘Nonclinical Overview’ document.

The case of the missing CRF files

Before proceeding on summarizing that document, another anomaly must be addressed, this time in relation to the number of Case Report Forms (CRFs) released per participant; the total number of participants for Pfizer’s trial and the number of pages the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have confirmed they’ve received from Pfizer. In the court papers, the American regulatory agency revealed that they had received all of Pfizer’s 450,000 papers, in total, after originally stating the figure was around 320,000.

Around March 1, the FDA released a 3,452 page document from Pfizer compiled of CRFs from site (1128), which oddly accounted for only 13 participants, with an average of 232 files of CRFs per participant.

When reviewing the CRFs for the other sites (Ventavia’s site #1096), (Sterling Research Group’s site #1081), (Diablo Clinical Research Incorp. Site #1055) on average there are 200-250 pages of CRFs per participant with only around dozen participants accounted for at each clinical site.

This then begs the critical question- where are all the missing CRFs for the other participants at those sites? We know from the Ventavia and Pfizer whistle-blower, Brook Jackson’s interview by TrialSite News, that just over a thousand participants were enrolled across three of Ventavia’s sites (an average of over 300 participants at each of those sites- including site 1128).

We also know approximately 43,448 participants in total were enrolled in Pfizer’s pivotal phase III trial. Based on these numbers, the total number of CRFs would be around 10 million- a far cry from the number of pages the FDA say they’ve received from Pfizer.

The section below is taken from the FDA’s brief in advance of scheduling conference court papers.

On November 4, 2021, Plaintiff provided FDA with the below list of records they requested FDA prioritize for processing (“Plaintiff’s Priority List”) in order of priority:

    1. CRFs for site 1055 (from page 27 of the provided Index)

    2. CRFs for site 1081 (from page 31 of the provided Index)

    3. CRFs for site 1096 (from page 38 of the provided Index

    4. CRFs for site 1128 (from page 46 of the provided Index)

Monday, January 31, 2022: FDA proposes to produce publicly releasable information from Plaintiff’s priority item #4 – CRF files for site 1128 (approximately 3,452 pages)

The information above confirms the FDA had ‘approximately 3,452 pages’ of CRF files for Ventavia’s site 1128. This is the total number the agency states from their own court papers, therefore the possibility that the remaining CRF files from that site could be later released according to the 8-month production schedule, does not appear credible.

This then raises some further questions- is the FDA withholding the data? Or was that data ever collected by Pfizer and did the FDA simply fail to hold the pharmaceutical company to account? Or are the hundreds of CRF files per participant (many of which appear blank) simply a smokescreen to ‘bulk up the bundle’ giving the illusion that the FDA and Pfizer are complying with the FOIA request by releasing all the data?

Regardless, these anomalies cannot help but raise critical questions about the FDA’s mandate for transparency with the public.

The studies conducted and their concerning results

The confidential nonclinical overview references two repeat-dose toxicity studies in Wistar Han rats. ‘Changes secondary to inflammation included slight and transient reduction in body weights and transient reductions in RETIC, PLT, and RBC mass parameters’ were noted.

The report goes on to state the ‘administration of BTN162b2 (V8)…was tolerated without evidence of systemic toxicity.’

However, side effects of the three administrations of the vaccine were referenced.

‘Macroscopic pathology and organ weight changes were also consistent with immune activation and inflammatory response and included increased size of draining iliac lymph nodes and increased size and weight of spleen.’

The inflammatory response noted here is an area of concern, even though the report does not say so. This is because studies have found that the mRNA-LNP (Lipid Nano Particle) platform’s LNP component is highly inflammatory. The authors of the study state ‘Here we present evidence that Acuitas’ LNPs used in preclinical nucleoside-modified mRNA vaccine studies are highly inflammatory in mice.’

Acuitas’ LNPs are components of both the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA Covid-19 vaccines.

Another concerning result recorded in the repeat-dose toxicology studies, was that ‘Fibrinogen was higher in the vaccine-administered group (up to 3.1x controls)’

Elevated fibrinogen levels are problematic, given they increase the risk of blood clots which can in turn contribute to an increased risk of heart disease. Thromboembolic events (blood clots) have been reported after the administration of the Covid-19 vaccines.

A study last summer, published in The Lancet, of over 1 million vaccine recipients, concluded that a rare blood clotting side effect is as likely to occur from a Pfizer vaccine as the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine, which has been halted in many countries after reports of blood clots, yet the Pfizer vaccine still continues to be administered.

The nonclinical overview also included biodistribution data which showed Pfizer’s mRNA lipid nanoparticles accumulated in rats’ livers to a higher degree than other organs, which Trial Site News reported on. According to the study, as much as 60 percent of a 15.3 mg/kg analyte dose of ALC-0315 surrogate luciferase RNA was found in male rats’ livers. And as much as 20 percent of a 1.96 mg/kg analyte dose of ALC-0159 was found in male rats’ livers.

Pfizer and BioNTech licensed ALC-0315 and ALC-0519 from Acuitas Therapeutics. They are novel LNPs which make up two of the four components that form the LPNs which encapsulate the fragile mRNA in the vaccine.

The confidential overview goes on to report that ‘total recovery of LNP outside the injection site was greatest in the liver and was much less in the spleen, adrenal glands and ovaries.’

This is confirmation from Pfizer that these novel and inflammatory LPNs (ALC-0316 and ALC-0519) were present in the spleen, adrenal glands and ovaries, which is concerning.

    The ‘not necessary’ safety studies

The nonclinical overview document from Pfizer states, ‘no safety pharmacology studies were conducted…as they are not considered necessary for the development of vaccines according to the WHO guideline (WHO, 2005)’

This statement cannot help but imply that corners appear to have been cut in regard to safety, as the WHO 2005 guideline on safety pharmacology states:

The purpose of safety pharmacology is to investigate the effects of the candidate vaccine on vital functions. If data from nonclinical and/or human clinical studies suggest that the vaccine (e.g. one based on specific toxoids) may affect physiological functions (e.g. central

nervous system, respiratory, cardiovascular and renal functions) other than those of the immune system, safety pharmacology studies should be incorporated into the toxicity assessment.

What’s interesting is that the confidential nonclinical overview report was approved in February 2021, around the same time the ‘Cumulative analysis of post-authorization adverse event reports’ which I analysed for Trial Site News, alarmingly it included an appendix listing 8 pages of vaccine adverse events, many of which included central nervous system, respiratory and cardiovascular AEs, among others. The data was collected from Dec 1, 2020 through to February 28, 2021. This tells us that Pfizer and the FDA were made aware of these AEs occurring around that time-period, but Pfizer chose to not conduct any safety pharmacology studies because they weren’t deemed ‘necessary.’

Pharmacokinetic studies were also not conducted with BNT162b2 as they ‘are generally not considered necessary to support the development and licensure of vaccine products for infectious diseases (WHO,2005; WHO, 2014)

    WHO 2005 guidelines states:

‘Pharmacokinetic studies (e.g. for determining serum or tissue concentrations of vaccine components) are normally not needed. The need for specific studies should be considered on a case-by-case basis (e.g. when using novel adjuvants (a class of excipients) or alternative routes of administration).

Genotoxicity and Carcinogenicity studies were also not deemed necessary by Pfizer and BioNTech, so they were not conducted, with the same WHO 2005 guideline excuse given. However, the above WHO 2005 guideline in relation to the former pharmacokinetic studies, is also very similar to the latter studies, which states ‘However, they may be required for particular vaccine components such as novel adjuvants and additives.’

ALC-0315 and ALC-0519 are novel excipients, therefore these critical safety studies should have been done and it’s shocking how they were ‘not considered necessary’ and neither did the FDA.

The extract below is taken from the plaintiff group (Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency) court papers

The FDA asserts that the Pfizer Vaccine ‘meets the high standards for safety, effectiveness, and manufacturing quality the FDA requires of an approved product however numerous public health officials and scientists have raised serious questions about the adequacy of the review, the sufficiency and integrity of the data and whether it was appropriate that the FDA license the Pfizer vaccine.’

In Part 3, this author delves into the recently released document, ‘Request for Priority Review’ for Pfizer-BioNTech’s Biologics Licensing Application (BLA) which the FDA granted under the marketed name, Comirnaty, on August 23, 2021

  • Effect of Early Treatment with Ivermectin among Patients with Covid-19

    List of authors.

    • Gilmar Reis, M.D., Ph.D.,
    • for the TOGETHER Investigators*

    RESULTS

A total of 3515 patients were randomly assigned to receive ivermectin (679 patients), placebo (679), or another intervention (2157). Overall, 100 patients (14.7%) in the ivermectin group had a primary-outcome event, as compared with 111 (16.3%) in the placebo group (relative risk, 0.90; 95% Bayesian credible interval, 0.70 to 1.16). Of the 211 primary-outcome events, 171 (81.0%) were hospital admissions. Findings were similar to the primary analysis in a modified intention-to-treat analysis that included only patients who received at least one dose of ivermectin or placebo (relative risk, 0.89; 95% Bayesian credible interval, 0.69 to 1.15) and in a per-protocol analysis that included only patients who reported 100% adherence to the assigned regimen (relative risk, 0.94; 95% Bayesian credible interval, 0.67 to 1.35). There were no significant effects of ivermectin use on secondary outcomes or adverse events.

    CONCLUSIONS

Treatment with ivermectin did not result in a lower incidence of medical admission to a hospital due to progression of Covid-19 or of prolonged emergency department observation among outpatients with an early diagnosis of Covid-19. • How Jed can say that 99 percent of the Japanese population is vaccinated is beyond me.

That is what the Japanese Min. of Health reports. How else would I know? See also:

Here is some similar data from Australia. 48% of hospitalized patients are unvaccinated. They are 2% of the population. Again, if you think that because 52% of patients are vaccinated, the vaccine does not work, you do not understand the base rate fallacy.

Most sources say it lowers it by around 20 fold. However, there are degrees of illness even within the ICU, or other part of the hospital. My brother was held overnight at a hospital with breakthrough COVID. (I don't know if it was the ICU.) He went home the next day. He was better in a week. If he had been unvaccinated he would almost certainly have been in the ICU for weeks, and he would probably be dead, since he is old and recently had chemotherapy.

The vaccine reduces serious illness, long hospitalization, and long-haul effect by more than a factor of 20. So, even if your numbers are right, and it only reduces hospitalization by a factor of 4, it reduces dangerous, long term hospitalization by a much larger factor.

  • Reviewing twenty five years of U.S. funded ‘cold fusion’ projects including patents, contracts, publications and public/private sector partnership efforts towards LENR energy applied engineering and LENR energy commercialization.

edit 1/30/2018 The government of the United States of America has filed many ‘cold fusion’ patents. These low energy nuclear reaction (LENR) patents take time to develop, often a number of years before filing with a patent office; each being a tedious project unto itself. One patent’s development began with a contract from NSWC, Indian Head Division in 2008, “Deuterium Reactor” US 20130235963 A1, by Pharis Edward Williams. This patent was not filed till 2012, four years later. Also, a delay can occur between the patent filing date and publication date if the patent is deemed a matter of national security. This may be the case with the 2007 SPAWAR patent, System and Method for Generating Particles US8419919B1, with a filing date of Sep. 21, 2007 and publication date of Apr. 16, 2013, a delay of six years. Usually a patent gets published (becomes exposed) within one year of the filing date, rarely longer; for a delay of six years there seems to be no other plausible explanation.

U.S. LENR patent development has been funded through the Air Force, NASA,

the Navy and many other Department of Defense labs. The government may retain rights to any of these LENR patents and control licensing agreements. Patent licensing may be granted to those who partnered with government labs in the development of LENR technology, as in SPAWAR JWK LENR technology and the Global Energy Corporation. Included with the patents in this review are U.S. Government funded LENR energy applied engineering programs and presentations, along with a few from related company partners.

A chronological review of U.S. funded ‘cold fusion’ projects and patents, accompanied with a list of the individuals, companies, universities and agencies involved may be helpful in understanding the history of, and to determine the direction of, United States of America government funded LENR energy technologies entering the marketplace.

Boeing, General Electric and many others team up with NASA and the Federal Aviation Administration developing LENR aircraft. Both the SpaceWorks contract with NASA and the many University, NASA and Corporate joint LENR aerospace presentations point towards NASA partnering with private industry on spaceplanes and Mars. All of these efforts prepare the way for low energy nuclear reaction (LENR) non-radioactive nuclear flight (NRNF).

The SPAWAR and JWK partnership developed a different form of LENR energy technology. SPAWAR JWK LENR technology transmutes nuclear waste to benign elements while creating high process heat. The SPAWAR JWK LENR tech group is partnered with Global Energy Corporation (GEC). Applied engineering has culminated in the GEC ‘GeNie’ reactor placed within a gas turbine electrical generating unit called the GEC ‘Small Modular Generator’ (SMG). Recent commercialization claims are, “GEC is currently negotiating several new SMG construction contracts ranging from 250MWe to 5GWe around the world”. This LENR energy technology leads towards massive electrical power generation and the worldwide cleanup of highly radioactive nuclear waste.

Editor Note: The following is not necessarily part of the review.

You may include it if you want to.

“I began to compile this review in the fall of 2017. The reason being, I had asked a few editors of LENR news sites what they thought of the claims being made by Global Energy Corporation. Each editor asked me to provide any recent follow up to those claims. None that I could find; so I decided to compile this review as a frame of reference for the question: What are your opinions of these claims?" - Greg Goble

Pg. 24 Even though we do not know the specific cost of the LENR itself, we assumed a cost of jet fuel at $4/gallon and weight based aircraft cost. We were able to calculate cost per mile for the LENR equipped aircraft compared to a conventional aircraft (Figure 3.2). Looking at the plots, one could select a point where the projected cost per mile is 33% less than a conventionally powered aircraft (Heat engine > 1 HP/lb & LENR > 3.5 HP/lb).

2012 Global Energy Corporation news (SPAWAR JWK LENR tech)

Marianas Variety - Micronesia's leading newspaper since 1972

May 31 title 'Dear Governor Fitial' http://www.mvariety.com/cnmi/c…6914-dear-governor-fitial

IN early May 2012, three of us representing CNMI attended the presentations made by the Global Energy Corp. in San Diego at their laboratory on a new patent-pending, nuclear energy producing technology based on Fusion & Fast Fission.

The proprietary nuclear reactor technology is called Lattice Assisted Nuclear Energy.

In the interest of full disclosure, we state here that GEC did not pay for the cost of our attendance. They did pay for some of the meals shared with participants from Guam, Yap, as well as the GEC scientists, manager and principal. We did not receive any honoraria or payment from GEC or from any of its agents.

Our attitude was always that of skepticism especially since the adjective “nuclear” conjures up scary images of Fukushima, Chernobyl and 3 Mile Island. We were trying to be prudent in that it was taking some time to review the renewable energy, or RE, purchase power agreements in Saipan, and were unsure if they would be the best over-all source of electricity for the CNMI. We asked ourselves what if we made a 20-year commitment to each RE and then along, comes a breakthrough that revolutionize the power generation business?

Over a three-day period, we listened to presentations made by scientists in the lecture rooms as well as the laboratory and at breakthrough meetings. In the laboratory, we observed evidence that energy was being produced from the nuclear reaction. We asked many technical and non-technical questions of the scientists and the principal of the company. Some of us reviewed the literature and the papers written by the scientists who had worked on this technology over a 20-year period, published in referred scientific journals. An unusual feature of the presentations was that they were mostly technical scientific and little marketing or sales pitch. Attached are the names of those from GEC who made presentations or otherwise were present at formal and informal events.

The following are salient points, conclusions and recommendations.

Common features of nuclear reactor technologies

    • Nuclear reaction generates energy a million times more than that from chemical reactions (e.g. burning of coal and oil.)

    • It is for base load application operating 24/7 rather than intermittent like solar or wind.

    • Energy cost is much lower, $0.15 to $0.16 than that of a base load petroleum fired plant. $0.38 kilowatt hour or more, lower than other RE plants such as wind or solar.

    • Fuel change required every 50 years.

    Pro

    • The technology uses fertile Uranium 238 (plentiful in nature and in non-radioactive nuclear waste) and not the fissile Uranium 235 of conventional nuclear technology.

    • There can be no weaponization risk because Uranium 238 is used instead of enriched Uranium 235.

    • The fusion and fast fission nuclear reaction do not involve any chain reaction and so we can be stopped in a straight forward manner without danger of runaway core meltdown.

    • There are no dangerous or potentially dangerous waste products.

    • Cooling is done using helium instead of water (recall case of contaminated water at Fukushima)

    • The reactor plant is modular (e.g. 25 MW units) and foot print small unlike the large size (1,000 MW or more) conventional nuclear reactors.

    • Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulates to ensure safety of all nuclear reactors.

    Con

    • We were unable to visit the prototype installation in Austin. Texas, as the permitting requirement for visitors would take a long time. As a result, we did not get to ask many more engineering type questions concerning the scale up process.

    • A working up-to-scale reactor producing electricity has not been built yet.

    Conclusions

The Fusion and Fast Fusion technology is appropriate for base load on Saipan.

The plant design and materials used are conventional ones but smaller scale than conventional nuclear reactor plants no exotic materials are required the usual construction techniques for power plants are required therefore there are no special requirements in design, engineering, construction and operation.

    Recommendation

Sign a commitment letter to allow Global Energy Corporation to shop for financing for a 50 MW Plant. Estimated cost is $250,000,000.

Next, negotiate a rate that is close to $0.15 kWh under a Build-Own-Operate Transfer procurement over a 20-year period.

CUC can still continue with a 10 MW PV solar plants; the nuclear reactor kicks in at year 4 to 5 and the fuel surcharge, Levelized Energy Adjustment Claus in the rate is blend of technologies.

    Sincerely,

    REP. FRANCISCO S.

    Quote:

“Lawrence P.G. Forsley, vice president for science and technology of Global Energy Corp. (globalenergycorporation.com), said their “revolutionary technology” is based on the “new science of hybrid fusion fast fission” green nuclear energy, or “Genie.”

Forsley said he is among the GEC scientists who conducted 23 years of research and development with the U.S. Navy. He said they completed the design of a safe, clean, secure and affordable green hybrid fusion nuclear reactor for commercial uses.

Genie reactors, he said, don’t use a uranium-235 chain reaction. Without a chain reaction, there can’t be a runaway, core meltdown, no explosions initiated by the meltdowns and no radioactive fallout, he added. Genie reactors, Forsley said, don’t have nuclear waste problems.

It doesn’t need a spent fuel pool nor a spent fuel waste storage dump. It “burns” uranium-238 that comprises 95 percent of conventional nuclear waste. Therefore, Genie actually “cleans” nuclear waste, he added. - end quotes

    Quote:

“We’re generation five,” Dr. Khim (President of Global Energy Corp) told the Variety during an exclusive interview, “and first of all this is a brand new concept.” He said safety is the first consideration, and that cannot be ensured by building higher walls around reactors, as Japan saw last year with Fukushima.

“You have to change the basic science of nuclear power,” Khim explained. “We’ve been working with the U.S. Navy for about 22 years and the basic science phase is now over. Now we’re going into commercial development, which the Navy is not going to do.” But Khim says the science has been repeatedly duplicated by the Navy, and has been proven, recognized and published.

Officials of the Navy on Guam, including Capt. John V. Heckmann Jr., CO of Naval Facilities and a professional engineer, attended the GEC briefing. The GEC board of directors, Khim says, includes some well-known Washington D.C. Players, including former Secretary of Defense Frank Carlucci, former Congressman and Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta, and former U.S. Congressman Tom Davis, among others.” - end quotes

Later that month, the press reported that Global Energy Corp. was proposing to build a 50-megawatt plant as a pilot project on Guam, on a build, operate and transfer basis for which GEC would obtain its own financing. The reports argued that Guam ratepayers would pay only for the electric power generated. GEC CEO Dr. Khim even said that he would finance the estimated $250 million plant himself. “No initial money for Guam at all,” Khim assured the press. “I’ll pay all the money; I’ll run it; and give Guam cheap electricity.” - end quote

editor note- US20170263337A1 claims that many types of materials are suitable for LENR. - end note

    Quote:

[0082] It should be understood that any material which may be hydrided may be used as the initial material, such as, for example, single-walled or double-walled carbon nanotubes. Double-walled carbon nanotubes in particular have an internal spacing consistent with the lattice spacing of palladium-silver lattices, the usage of which in experiment will be described in detail below.

Alternatively, materials such as silicon, graphene, boron nitride, silicene, molybdenum disulfide or ferritin may be used, although it should be understood that substantially two-dimensional structures, such as graphene, boron nitride, silicene and molybdenum disulfide are not hydrated similar to their three-dimensional counterparts and may be subjected to a separate process, specifically with the two-dimensional structure being positioned adjacent one of the above materials, as will be described in greater detail below.

Similarly, ferritin and other complex materials may be filled or loaded with hydrogen using methods specific to the particular material properties. In general, the initial material may be any suitable material which is able to readily absorb and or adsorb hydrogen isotopes, such as, for example, metal hydrides (e.g., titanium, scandium, vanadium, chromium, yttrium, niobium, zirconium, palladium, hafnium, tantalum, etc.), lanthanides (e.g., lanthanum, cesium, etc.), actinides (e.g., actinium, thallium, uranium, etc.), ionic hydrides (e.g., lithium, strontium, etc.), covalent hydrides (e.g., gallium, germanium, bismuth, etc.), intermediate hydrides (e.g., beryllium, magnesium, etc.), and select metals known to be active (e.g., nickel, tungsten, rhenium, molybdenum, ruthenium, rhodium, etc.), along with hydrides thereof, as well as alloys with non-hydriding materials (e.g., silver, copper, etc.), suspensions, and combinations thereof. - end quote

Also: Proposed Satellite Meeting to the 43rd EPSMeeting on Plasma Physics on Low Energy Nuclear Reactions ... July 2016

Biography: Dr. Pamela Mosier-Boss is a retired scientist from a Navy laboratory in San Diego, CA.

She is an analytical chemist who has investigated the electrochemistry of thionyl chloride using spectroelectrochemical techniques first demonstrated by Fleischmann and Pons.

She has explored the use of phage for bacterial detection and surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) for the detection of chemical contaminants such as perchlorate, hexavalent chromium, chlorinated solvents, and bacteria.

SERS is another phenomenon that was first discovered by Fleischmann.

Mosier-Boss has also been involved in the development of direct push sensors to map out subsurface plumes of heavy metals and petroleum.

In addition to her environmental sensor work at the Navy laboratory, she has conducted research in the area of low energy nuclear reactions (LENR) for the past 26 years. She is currently conducting LENR research with GEC. In this research, she and her colleagues have employed the co-deposition process that was pioneered by Dr. Stanislaw Szpak. In the co-deposition process, palladium is electroplated onto a metal substrate in the presence of evolving deuterium gas. The resultant palladium nanoparticles load instantly with deuterium achieving the high D/Pd loadings and high deuterium flux inside the lattice to initiate LENR. Using the co-deposition process, Mosier-Boss and her colleagues have reported on the evidence of excess heat, tritium, X-ray/gamma-ray emissions, transmutation, charged particles, and neutrons. These results have been published in over 30 peer-reviewed journal articles. note Due to few registrations, this meeting has been canceled. https://kuleuvencongres.be/eps…program/satellite_meeting

METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR ENHANCED NUCLEAR REACTIONS

    Publication number: 20170263337

Abstract: Nuclear fusion processes with enhanced rates may be realized by providing energetic electrons in an environment containing a suitable fuel gas, a liquid fuel source, a solid fuel source, a plasma fuel source, or any combination thereof. The fuel source may be deuterium, tritium, a combination thereof, or any fuel source capable of creating deeply screened and/or neutral nuclei when exposed to energetic electrons. Under proper conditions, at least some of the deeply screened and/or neutral nuclei fuse with other nuclei. Neutral versions of deuteron and/or triton nuclei may be created by bringing neutrons with certain energy levels (e.g., around 3 MeV, but optionally less or much less than 3 MeV) into interaction with other neutrons, forming neutral versions of deuterons and/or tritons. Such processes may be used for power generation, heat production, nuclear waste remediation, material creation, and/or medical isotope production, for example.

ACCELERATION AND PRECISION CONTROLLED EJECTION OF MASS

    Publication number: 20170232578

Abstract: Rotational motion generates velocity of a mass wherein the mass' release from the rotating system, becoming a projectile, and subsequent impact can result in cutting, abrasion, mixing of chemicals, coaling, and other surface and bulk volume effects including the transfer of momentum. Structures and devices are used to insert a mass into a rotating device. While inside the rotating device the mass gains velocity. Transitioning from the rotational system to a stationary surface is accomplished with a minimum of velocity loss by selecting trajectories, air flows, and surface finishes to reduce energy losses in the mass' transition onto the stationary surface and info a fixed stationary guide tube, and ultimately to an impact point. Single and multiple conduits, stationary and rotating, can be used to accomplish complex chemistry and physics affects.

NASA GEC LENR Reactor for Space Power/Electric Space Drive

Scale-up Build and Test 100 kilowatt to 20 megawatt thermal

    + Umbrella Agreement - January 2018

    • The initial goal is to develop and run a self-sustaining 10 kW thermal, 2 kW electric, hybrid generator for planetary space missions and planetary surface power. Such generator technology would be scalable to 100 kW at the Plum Book Facility. Larger generator designs would be built and run at appropriate offsite location. https://www.nasa.gov/saa/domestic/24838_SAA3-1529.pdf

‘Space Application of a Hybrid Fusion-Fission Reactor’ (ICCF21 abstracts) Lawrence P. Forsley, Pamela A. Mosier-Boss Global Energy Corporation, USA Email: [email protected]

    • JWK Corporation and Global Energy Corporation have spent the past two decades understanding and developing Condensed Matter Nuclear Reactions with the US Navy and NASA. This has resulted in a US Patent, 8,419,919 “System and Method Generating Particles”, that has been replicated and published in over 50 peer-reviewed papers. We have observed energetic particles during Pd/D co-deposition [1, 2] including ≥ 1.8 MeV protons (with 15 MeV protons), ≥ 7 MeV alphas, and 2.5 MeV and 14.1 MeV neutrons [3]. These neutrons are energetic enough to fission uranium as was reported in 2016 [4] with an average energy > 6 MeV.
    • Deep space missions are dependent upon 238Pu thermoelectric generators (RTG) providing less than 1 kW of electrical power. With the exception of the solar powered Juno probe, every spacecraft destined past Mars has been RTG dependent. Consequently, deep space missions are power deprived for both instrumentation and propulsion. Indeed, human travel beyond the Earth-Moon system requires nuclear electric propulsion if astronauts are to arrive healthy.
    • Global Energy Corporation (GEC) began developing a non-fissile reactor core suitable for deep-space power. GEC has a second Space Act Agreement with NASA Glenn Research Center to develop a launch-compatible design, operating at the Plum Brook Station facility. Plum Brook has vacuum, acoustic and shake table systems to certify space launch capability. Various electrical power needs range from tens of kilowatts for instruments to over 20 megawatts for human space craft electric propulsion and planetary power. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/sp7…ew=Forsley-Lawrence-1.pdf

Seems to me that Fleischmann and Pons have been finally, and quietly, vindicated. I created a thread here for comments, if you are interested. RE: NASA’s updated Lattice Assisted Nuclear Fusion revamped site (Have Fleischmann and Pons been finally vindicated?)

Aether the Theory of Relativity and LENR Energy 14june2013

Aether the Theory of Relativity and LENR Energy – COLD FUSION NOW!

    A theoretical physicist once said,

    Quote

“As to the part which the new ether is to play in the physics of the future we are not yet clear. We know that it determines the metrical relations in the space-time continuum, e.g. the configurative possibilities of solid bodies as well as the gravitational fields; but we do not know whether it has an essential share in the structure of the electrical elementary particles constituting matter. Nor do we know whether it is only in the proximity of ponderable masses that its structure differs essentially from that of the Lorentzian ether; whether the geometry of spaces of cosmic extent is approximately Euclidean. But we can assert by reason of the relativistic equations of gravitation that there must be a departure from Euclidean relations, with spaces of cosmic order of magnitude, if there exists a positive mean density, no matter how small, of the matter in the universe. In this case the universe must of necessity be spatially unbounded and of finite magnitude, its magnitude being determined by the value of that mean density.

If we consider the gravitational field and the electromagnetic field from the standpoint of the ether hypothesis, we find a remarkable difference between the two. There can be no space nor any part of space without gravitational potentials; for these confer upon space its metrical qualities, without which it cannot be imagined at all. The existence of the gravitational field is inseparably bound up with the existence of space. On the other hand a part of space may very well be imagined without an electromagnetic field; thus in contrast with the gravitational field, the electromagnetic field seems to be only secondarily linked to the ether, the formal nature of the electromagnetic field being as yet in no way determined by that of gravitational ether. From the present state of theory it looks as if the electromagnetic field, as opposed to the gravitational field, rests upon an entirely new formal motif, as though nature might just as well have endowed the gravitational ether with fields of quite another type, for example, with fields of a scalar potential, instead of fields of the electromagnetic type.

Since according to our present conceptions the elementary particles of matter are also, in their essence, nothing else than condensations of the electromagnetic field, our present view of the universe presents two realities which are completely separated from each other conceptually, although connected causally, namely, gravitational ether and electromagnetic field, or — as they might also be called — space and matter.

Of course it would be a great advance if we could succeed in comprehending the gravitational field and the electromagnetic field together as one unified conformation. Then for the first time the epoch of theoretical physics founded by Faraday and Maxwell would reach a satisfactory conclusion. The contrast between ether and matter would fade away, and, through the general theory of relativity, the whole of physics would become a complete system of thought, like geometry, kinematics, and the theory of gravitation.”

Dr. Harold Aspden is of particular interest. A brilliant man, he successfully predicted the mass of the proton and was a pioneer of efficient thermal electric conversion devices. He was the first to be issued a U.S. patent with ‘cold fusion’ contained in the text of the application. A further example of his brilliance is his theoretical papers on Aether Science. This list is of ten Harold Aspden patents granted, applied, or cited that concern “Cold Fusion” LENR and the Aether (ZPE). Here is an excellent biography of the honorable Dr. Harold Aspden including all theories, works published, and documented efforts in the Aether and LENR sciences.

A new study proves the role of H+ or D+ flux for LENR – CleanHME

    Project overview

CleanHME shall develop a new, clean, safe, compact and very efficient energy source based on Hydrogen-Metal and plasma systems, which could be a breakthrough for both private use as well as for industrial applications. The new energy source could be employed both as a small mobile system or alternatively as a stand-alone heat and electricity generator. We plan to construct a new compact reactor to test the HME technology during the long-term experiments and increase its technology readiness level. A comprehensive theory of HME phenomena shall be worked out as well.

This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon2020 Framework Programme under grant agreement no 951974 Project duration: August 2020 – July 2024

Lead author Francesco Celani said: “Our analysis, based on double-blind approach, determined that the main parameter for LENR heat generation seems to be the FLUX of Deuterium (in the atomic or even ionised state) mainly at the surface of Deuterium loaded reactor materials (in our case Constantan alloy). I.e., LENR is induced in non-equilibrium situations.

Although the flux hypothesis was among the first ones made since beginning of Cold Fusion studies (e.g. Gustav C. Fralick / NASA, December 1989), up to now the proofs where of weak intensity or possibly mixed with other co-factors.”

Dr Celani will also present this study at the LENR&EARTH workshop in Assisi on September 10-11. These results corroborate the ICCF-22 conference presentation of Dr Iwamura from Tohoku university.

Scientists have detected a mysterious gamma-ray heartbeat coming from a cosmic gas cloud. The inconspicuous cloud in the constellation Aquila is beating with the rhythm of a neighboring precessing black hole, indicating a connection between the two objects, as the team led by DESY Humboldt Fellow Jian Li and ICREA Professor Diego F. Torres from the Institute of Space Sciences (IEEC-CSIC) reports in the journal Nature Astronomy. Just how the black hole powers the cloud's gamma-ray heartbeat over a distance of about 100 light-years remains enigmatic.

    • I cannot express to you what it feels like after 20 years to see NASA observe data and write a theory very similar to my theory and data from over 15 years ago.
    • For years I was scorned, criticized and ridiculed. I was afraid of what would happen to me but I had to follow my reasoning and my data.
    • I have had to go from job to job and been homeless and faced starvation! I had also at the time in 2004 and 2005 a fall out and disagreement over politics of a department chairs election at FAMU where the top of the university encouraged replacing a chair in 2001 and I followed their recommendation but the administration changed and I was left with retribution of how I voted from 2001.
    • At that time in 2004 I was under huge pressure with this controversial unconventional nuclear discovery I made and published in 2004 and struggled against leaders in my department who accused me of doing too much research at NHMFL and not teaching enough. [Also under the pressure i could not hold my wife to me as i worked so hard so she left in 2005. ] but the research and teaching; I did both in stellar way.
    • I could not walk away from the science of nuclear reactions that I was doing at NHMFL in 2002- 2005 and I also discovered proved using the NHMFL that the magnets could nucleate diamond in open air low pressure from thermally activated hydrocarbon vapor.
    • But my FAMU chemistry department dissolved a billion dollar discovery with lab grown diamond, my monumental replication acceleration of solid state fusion out of retribution of a 2001 vote in FAMU chemistry department chairs election. I had to leave and was severely criticized years later it burns in my heart that I was RIGHT!
    • 15 years later NASA proves my theory of lattice fusion and I sat the foundation of the current billion dollar lab grown diamond industry by nucleation and growth in strong magnetic and or electric fields!

Hi Greg Goble, Sir, you are magnificent. Thank you. I cannot thank you enough for your honesty and sincerity. Yes I support your documenting my critical role in laying the foundation for the totally new re-evaluation of unconventional nuclear reactions. I started in 2000 looking for ways Little's Effect could accelerate unvonventional and make such novel nuclear reactions reproducible. I talked in 2001 with my mentor (Prof Isiah Warner) about my will to explain what was called cold fusion and reproduce and accelerate it in Oct 2001 as I hosted him during a visit to FSU and FAMU. In 2001 Warner who I trusted and he cared for my career earned me not to get involved with such as it would ruin my career. But after 2 or 3 years daily reflection and some data I was able to secretly get under extreme potential energies in the electric silver and copper coils of the world's most powerful magnets 20 to 40 Tesla at NHMFL in 2004 as I work on a summer project there measuring the solubility of the coils under operation in different magnetic fields, my data cause me to step out and publish my data and theory of unconventional nuclear reactions in two papers in 2005. NHMFL backed my exploration of silver copper dissolution in cooling water under the extreme conditions of operation. But I had a secret mission to test my theory of nuclear reactions in the metal lattice under those conditions. I did this in 2004 and published controversial results in 2005!

    14. NASA reported in April 2020 the observation of such lattice fusion in erbium deuterium. All aspects of their data and model fit my prior model including the fact that erbium 167 is an important isotope fitting my model as it has -0.566 nuclear magnetic moment and makes up 22.9% repair abundance of erbium atoms. The negative nuclear magnetic moment I had proposed as critical for unconventional nuclear reactions and by such on 2004 I got data for unconventional nuclear reaction in silver lattice as silver has all negative nuclear magnetic moments. I explained the ability of palladium as palladium had one isotope 105Pd of negative NMM with 22% relative abundance. Nickel had also been observed to host unconventional nuclear reactions and iexIned by my model as due to one trace isotope of nickel (Ni)having negative nuclear magnetic moment. 61Ni has -0.75 but only 1% relative abundance among nickel atoms.

Hi Sir (Gregory Goble), How are you? Thank you for sharing. I have been so focused on cancer research and covid-19 ideas that I missed this announcement from NASA. Thank you. I am so excited as the mechanism they describe is identical to my theory of unconventional nuclear reactions in metal lattices.

In my 2005 publication of "A Theory of the Relativistic Fermionic Spinrevorbital". I give a detailed mechanism applied to Pd (H, D) and later extend the idea to ErD2 in this paper and the mechanism I give explicitly disclosed 'metal lattice' induced 'internal hydrogen clusters solutes' (confinement) for magnetic acceleration

Belgium Missing LENR Energy and the Suppression of Cold Fusion 1991

From the beginning Belgium has taken a unique stance in regards to cold fusion research. In 1991, the Belgium Ministry of Defence sequestered a series of technologically advanced (dry cell) cold fusion patents (filed in 1989) and all related research papers. If Joannes Van Den Boagert had violated that order, by continuing his research or sharing it with others, he would have been charged with treason. What justified this suppressive act against the scientific method? What were they afraid of or hoping to gain?

    Simple Definition of Defence

    • the act of defending someone or something from attack
    • something that is used to protect yourself, your country, etc.
    • the act of speaking or writing in support of someone or something that is being attacked or criticized

    Simple Definition of Suppressive

    • to put an end to the activities of (a person, body of persons, etc.)
    • to do away with by, as by authority; abolish; stop (a practice, custom)
    • to withhold disclosure or publication (truth, evidence, a book, names)

Recent Google Inc LENR Energy Technology Patents

"Skill-Set and History of the Inventors of the Google LENR Patents"

On February 7th 2019 two LENR technology patents assigned to Google Inc. became exposed/published. They were each filed on the same day a year and a half ago, August 3rd 2017.

It’s hard to tell how long Google has had these inventors working on developing this LENR energy technology. At least a couple of years before the filing date of the patent, let’s say 2015 or earlier.

Carl Page, the brother of the founder of Google, has been very active for many years at the LENR company Brillouin Energy, Berkeley CA, USA. Both an investor and active agent, he serves on the Technical Advisory Board and is supportive of their ongoing growth, during this important phase, as ‘Brillouin Energy prepares to enter the commercial marketplace’ (press release).

Larry Page, as CEO of ‘Google’ is pursuing an alternate LENR energy technology pathway. The work is being done by a group out of Munday Labs at the University of Maryland. Last year Munday Labs received a lucrative DoD contract for two years of continued research. It makes sense that Google Inc. might develop the technology, through the commercial LENR reactor design phase, in partnership with a private industrial laboratory group in the semi conductor or nano technology industries or in the security of a DoD lab.

Time and further investigation will eventually lead to answers for these questions.

The Google LENR energy technology group comes as a surprise to many; which leads to speculation questioning how serious Google is in developing this technology. Yet the possibility of Google investing in the field was alluded to in a 2016 E-Cat World article:

“Of course with his family ties to Google, one wonders how much his younger brother Larry might be paying attention to LENR now. The Alphabet company was formed to let Google founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin broaden their horizons and explore topics outside the traditional web/search field. Right now they have efforts going in areas such as longevity research, robotics, drone delivery, and capital investment.

One wonders if they might see LENR as an "...important new area of innovation that should be explored.”

Well it seems that Frank Ackland was correct. In fact Google Inc. was most likely working on developing these patents at the time of his article.

I hope this compilation provides information and leads which will set many of these speculations and doubts to rest. The inventors are highly skilled and work in fields that are directly related to LENR research.

Professor Munday attended an APS Meeting that held a seminar on cold fusion research. His labs’ research in palladium nanocrystals during hydrogen absorption and desorption, thin metallic films co-depositation, photonics, and plasmonics for energy to nanoscale forces provides experience for work developing SPAWAR/GEC type LENR systems.

The Global Energy Corporation headquarters are nearby in Virginia. These two groups may know of each other... building on each others works.

The Google Inc. Washington D.C. headquarters are close by.

Many questions come to mind which will require further investigation, and time, to resolve.

The following compilation, at the very least, provides a starting point.

  • Congratulations !

Your understanding of history is mediocre. The first victims of the NAZI's were the socialists and communists thereafter the people with a handicap. Fascism is the ruling for money or just for abstracts material ideas - the opposite of humanism.

Same we see today with the FM/R/F/B mafia that take all people a hostage same as Putin. Pfizer still is much worse than Putin.

Only idiots die/will be crippled from CoV-19 or a CoV-19 RNA immune stimulation chemo therapy.

    Hi Greg.

There are 2 patents in the public domain, one filed 1989 the next in 1991. There is a similarity to the LEC and Biosearch work. Here they are.
