To be fair, " is the sign used to denote a second. Sadly, it is specific to an arc-second.
It is also interesting that Rossi says 5/10 rather than 1/2.
Amazing how brilliant minds work.
He should have said 10/10" to be consistent.
Rossi should have specified the time measurement in Radians.
He wouldn't need any sign.

My guess is this will be used as an excuse to "delay" once again until next year when he finds a new issue that a new next generation will fix.
If Rossi really has a major EV manufacturer working with him, why would he need to solicit influencers and media?
Wouldn't Tesla or Rivian, for example, do this?
I think Elon Musk would be good enough.

The search for dark matter reminds me of oak island. A bunch of guys digging, finding nothing and pissing a lot of money down the drain. Dark matter doesn't exist, we live in an electric universe

The e-cat equipped vehicle should weigh a bit more due to the extra electrons pulled from the vacuum.
But the energy pulled from the zero-point field may cancel out if the in the internal ether it is extracted from stays with the vehicle, with the energy mass equivalence e=mc2.
So, in-fact, these may cancel out.
We have to see Rossi's back of the envelope calculations.
