I follow the Science data and this is the first fact.

Yours fact? Boh... again show a demo where something has worked in public under independent scientific control.

Are you able to prove this or still write useless words?

I follow the Science data and this is the first fact.

At first, no "Science data" exist, only experimental data. And these data may be crippled in both positive, both negative way. For example, according to "settled" Science the palladium fusion doesn't work, all large Universities attempted to replicate it and they failed. Yet this fusion can be replicated with 100% reliability, if you know and use the know-how (1, 2). This is what the experimental data means for me. Positive experiment can be wrong until it's not independently replicated. Negative experiment can be also wrong,, until you don't know / use the existing know-how for its successful replication.

Do you know this know-how? Did you make some attempts for replications? If not, then you have absolutely nothing to say about the "Science data".

  • 250M exists only in "Rossi says".

No. is written in the documents of the trial. This figure was cited many times here and no one from IH have never negated it.

Darden's visits to Doral with investors are alo documented.

Cite and quote the court document that has this number and I'll move your post back to the Rossi v. Darden thread. Eric

  • Yes, not only to start it but to make and run it. He was paid to transfer the technology, not sell equipment.

Reading the contract the 10M bucks where just the firt part of the payment.

Simply IH wants to have the IP without paying the rest.

    Smart guys.

  • Yeah? Do you want to tell us anything specific or technical about the Penon report? Do you want to explain what 0.0 bar means?

The Fabiani data in exhibit 16 contains temperature data that was quantized at a 0.6 deg C resolution and pressure data that varied between 0.98xx and 1.00xx.

The repeated 103.9C minimum value is just a consequence of that quantization (it is actually 103.9 +/- 0.3 deg C) and 0.0 bar is a good summary of pressure that varies between 0.98 and 1.00 all day. The units are obvious to anyone who knows the difference between abs and rel.

You can argue that the temperature data was ridiculously imprecise and that the pressure transducer was not working properly.

However, the underlying data implies that Penon's data was probably not made up. Useless maybe, but not made up. Very different story.

You are doing a disservice to IH by claiming that the data is fake. If they claim in court that the data is fake, they will get destroyed by the Rossi side which will just have to bring up the underlying data and the explanations I have given above. Better go with the truth than a distorted version of it.

I was unaware of this data. I will have a look at it. In any case, much of the data in the Penon report is fabricated or impossible. The pressure cannot be 0.0 bar or barG, for the reasons given by Smith.

  • I don't understand, why some nickel or any other metal matters in sealed reactor. On the contrary, IMO it would be more tactical and less risky to show nickel based reactor to MFMP people, rather than final version of your technology.

Apparently me356 is busy fixing his machines, I was surprised to see him comment at all

JedRothwell: " You should apologize to the MFMP."

Jed, I empathise with your emotional attachment to the promise of LENR

You wrote in 2004 that cold fusion could help the poor.

"Traditionally, people have assumed that poverty is inevitable

"For ye have the poor always with you"
This attitude has become an excuse to evade social reform.

Poverty is a personal tragedy, and a threat to the community, the economy and national security.

It is no more inevitable than infectious disease , pollution, smoking indoors, illiteracy, open sewers,

or any of the other scourges we have eliminated. We can bring everyone up to a middle class level of

income and security with enlightened social policy, education, capitalism,

and clever new technology— especially cold fusion.

Jesus actually quoted the Torah . The disciples well knew the commandment Jesus was referring to.

...For the poor you will always have with you in the land.

Therefore I command you, ‘You shall open wide your hand to your brother, to the needy and to the poor, in your land.’" (Deut 15:7-11)

In the USA ,the supposed 'richest country' in the world , 50 million are poor (15% of the population).

In Australia, not so "rich', 2.3 million are poor (12.5% of the population).

Clever LENR will not make one dent in the social inequality that pervades the 'rich' countries of the world.

    Only social reform will.

Any reform will be opposed by the rich, including the shrinking middle class.

Perhaps your upset with me356 is misplaced.

The social reform is difficult in environment, where everyone is trying to cheat everyone. Once you give poor people something for free, all people (poor or rich) will start to abuse it as a single man. The socialism simply doesn't work here. Do you know, how the Obamacare did end in USA? The Pharma companies increased the prize of their products by many orders of magnitude, because the government forced insurance companies to pay for it anyway.

  • Socialism in the hands of man mostly ends in disaster. Even in Sweden it is not pretty. LENR even if successful won't make a difference to that.

I don't see why people get so upset about LENR success of failure. Tech fixes don't work to fix society.

I don't believe in artificial fixes of society, which aren't supported with technical/technological background. This is how all existing attempts for socialism ended, after all.

That is an argument for more regulation of monopolies, not less.

  • I think, that Me356 didn't promise anything - the usual enthusiastic (if not megalomanic) hype of Bob Greener was in work here. We already experienced it with propagation of ECCO technology. The MFMP people would do better, if they would do original LENR research and replications instead of traveling across world, sniffing for know-how and cryptic demonstrations here and there at all possible places of the web. I even think, that for Me356 isn't good to be in contact with these people.

    Hi Zephir;

Ignoring your insulting words and tone, I think it’s clear that MFMP does all that you mention, and every bit of it has value to some.

    With your support or not.

Be assured ME356 will receive your suggestion with all the value it’s worth to him.
