Citywire UK covers Woodford hitting fraud case

Thx for posting

Very nice objective article.
So woodford still is behind IH?
-
And the share price of WPCT remain unchanged (as of 30 minutes ago) since IH is only a small part of their portfolio.

Alainco does a really nice job using this article comments section to educate a broader audience about LENR. The P.R. folks are showing up with their usual slanderfest. Rossi could care less about the broader LENR cause. Hilarious that anyone would expect the WIF price to go down. Woodford was aware of all possibilities with Rossi early on. The failure by Rossi to keep his side of the agreement was hedged by IH from the onset. Full speed ahead.

These gentlemen are not very credible , this is the WAY they do business.

"Ultranew" forum member, 1st post in this PR war, no new information ... but (can't help it) it reads quite like a "wellknown style ....

If there was indeed "no merit" to the technology, then why did IH make the $10M payment after the 24hr test? These investor people don't make careless mistakes with their money, so their validation experts must have found excess heat in the beginning of the test. Could it be that the performance of the e-cat eventually fell below the required COP of and so now they are trying to back out of the full payment? If the test material became a little too hot, then perhaps it destroyed many of the LENR reaction sites (e.g. NAE), and performance fell off over the duration of the test. I seem to remember reading somewhere that COP had increased to the double digits at some point in the test. It'd just take a little more engineering to steady out the performance or devise a way to feed a continuous supply of conditioned Ni fuel to the reactor. Let's not "throw the baby out with the bath water".

I'm a complete outsider, not a physicist or even an investor at this juncture, but I have been following LENR and another bunch of paradigm shifters as well such as Photoswitching, Interestingly arranged 2D sheets of Metamaterials, ZPE and a few others. Many organizations, it seems, are jockeying for some degree of financial control. On top of that, attorneys being who they are, are doing their best to obfuscate the true facts of the matter in order to benefit their benefactors. However, the truth of the matter concerning the validity of LENR is going to be brought to light on Sept 22nd. At least I hope so. When the DOD reveals to Congress the true value and promise of LENR it is bound to change attitudes in many quarters.
IH has a plan, Rossi has a plan, but "The best laid plans of mice and men oft times go to.......". They are both making a lot of noise, but many other players are in the race as well I just want to see some product on the shelves.

Your observations are spot on.

Of course Woodford is not plunging. The IH holding mereley equals daily volatility. It's the potential upside that is gone. It is also very interesting to note that you admit planning to deceive Rossi already from the start ... As far as I know that is not what you told Rossi? He sort of found that out you investing and sharing IP with competitors a lot later, didn't he ? ... But that is probably business as usual for "world savers" like you and Darden ...
And BTW, I'm pretty sure IH was excited when singing "stellar stellar" infront of the Woodford due diligence team in the plant ... Easy to forget maybe? Woodford probably did not totally forget the $50M tune though ...
