Collaboration can be selective or non selective.
Given the sinful nature of mankind I would be very selective about choosing collaborators.
And I would encourage Me356 to take as much time as he likes in selecting collaborators
since he will not want to waste his investment of time and money
And the lesson is;- 'Be careful who you collaborate with'. This is actually a truism relevant to any business deal, if there is no goodwill between parties contracts are merely bumwipes.
Make the rules of the contract so that collaboration is mutually beneficial and betraying stupid.
Anyway some people are stupid, so prepare for emergency exit in any contract.
I imagine Michel of LENR-Cities is expert in organizing ecosystems rules where people enjoy selfishly to cooperate...
