Does anybody have the capability of converting raw high-resolution ToF-SIMS data from this file into a human-readable format (e.g. csv)?
It was posted today on quantumheat.org by Bob Greenyer.

Can someone make a conclusion about the findings in layman's terms?
Did they find clear evidence of nuclear reactions?

For all I read, there seems to be a significant anomaly in the Ni isotopes, but the data is somehow incoherent within itself so they are asking a list of questions to the analysts, in order to help have a clearer understanding of the results.

I am a layman too, but until someone gives a good explanation for this I am going to assume there is no clear evidence of transmutation.
From the report:
QuoteIt seems that the measured concentration of 61Ni isotope is higher than the natural abundance of that
isotope. It might be a proof that some of the Nickel changed into his isotope.
There is two problems with that observation:
^ I think if I stop the quote there it shows that it isn't "clear" evidence so far.

Thank you @Curbina and @LENR Calender!
So it's as usual in the LENR scene: inconclusive -
There are indications that the software picked up the wrong peak for 61Ni in the preliminary analysis, so there might not actually be statistically significant anomalies in the Ni isotope distribution. Besides this, a screenshot of the entire spectrum in the report appears to show unexpected peaks elsewhere, but it would probably be premature to call them anomalous without a more detailed look.

I read only the report (not data, which I can't) and must say there is nothing significant, no transmutations, no isotope shifts.
The one with 61Ni is just noise (as the author of the report says).
There is no data from the fuel (powder before heating it) to cross check. -
Just learnt that there was some analysis done for the fuel by other people (using other methods/instruments).
So can someone post a comparison? (before/after).
