Are IH and Cherokee on the verge of Bankruptcy?

  • IHFB - Rossi's NIH based IP didn't work at all and, as a result, there is nothing to improve upon. To address your next question - no we haven't seen anybody's NiH reactor work in a verified environment. We don't care about sides and / or LENR+. We have seen very interesting periods of potential excess heat but nothing has satisfied our hard science folks at high enough confidence levels yet. There is nothing working along the lines of Rossi's approach and we have shelved that research.

Wow, I actually considered sifferkoll to have gone a bit over the top lately but you actually just confirmed that he was spot-on with his theory.

...and still, IH won't give up that totally worthless IP. Why o why?

This suggests that you are throwing Piantelli, the late Professor Focardi ( a personal hero), Holmid and more out with the bathwater. Surely not, Shirley?

  • As reported in the September issue of Infinite Energy magazine, "Test results Showing Tritium Produced in Brillouin Reactor". The work was carried out by Dr. Tom Claytor , a retired researcher at Los Alamos National Lab who specialized in designing such experiments.

  • Axil - do you truly believe that Rossi has a working LENR technology or are you just projecting several light years, so to speak, down the field?

From your input we know that Rossi's tech as shown to IH is at least 2 or more generations behind where he is now. His concentration on the production of steam is a diversion from development. R, Mills has a better idea in the SunCell, and uet his tech is primitive since it is a first pass at the problem.

Rossi still is in the R&D stage of development, and yet he needs to fix upon a release level. The 1 MW reactor might have been too primitive for the market. He know this and that is why he wanted to move on to new ideas. His current potential release level can still be improved greatly.

It is too bad that the IH and Rossi partnership could not develop the LENR product to its full potential. LENR is at the model T stage of development. I am hoping that a high level systems integrator who really knows what they are doing can take what now exists of the current state of Rossi's product and get involved in moving Rossi's product line rapidly forward.

  • Alan - why do you make such statements? Focardi was a good researcher who doesn't need his legacy stained by Rossi - I do hope that gets resolved. Piantelli and Holmid both need to be replicated and verified. They are credible scientist and we'd love to see both of them succeed.

  • Axil - Is this more of your subtle sense of humor? I thought Rossi was finally ready for 5th or 6th try at massive robotic production - is that wrong? Before you can productize anything, you need a working prototype that can be verified and characterized. For starters, you cannot possibly survive safety and compliance without ground up planning based on what you KNOW, what you hope to know or what you think you know.

Have we returned to the circular logic from another planet condition?

  • So what is Dewey Weaver, the unofficial spokesman for a company who tells us to ignore unofficial spokspersons?

Seems to be just an investor with money to lose if things go further south.

As Upton Sinclair said, 'It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends on his not understanding it.'

Methinks the unofficial spokesman doth protest too much.

Pump IH until such time as one can dump.

If you think Ni/H is not viable, they are all (or were) proponents of that system. Focardi was a lovely guy btw.
