    The 'prime directive' to prove yourself wrong.


    Is that something we do? and if it isn't, should we?


    Interesting that Kidwell was looking for
    (1) Radiation on demand
    (2) Transmutation
    (3) Definitive demonstration of excess energy


    and found none, except excess heat is not ruled out.


    Then to ask: Is it possible? is it practicable? is it secret?
