As Frank Acland mentioned in his blog yesterday, a few of his sources rumored that Giuseppe Levi this time has nothing to do with the test.
This was one of the main issues according the sceptics at the last/first test.
What do you think will happen if the new test was done by completely different experts in a completely independent environment? 
Will the sceptics shut up?
It will be good, but not enough.
It seems the DC, HF voltage will be addressed. Flow calorimetry ?
Skeptics are currently destabilized, but now the motto I hear is that after Defkalion tragedy ( 
)that no test can be trusted... it is simpler. 
Anyway businessmen will be interested, and since no authority will agree, few will dare like Tom Darden to do another test themselves. It seems some are already interested by LENR.
