We have been puzzled about how energy looks like it has been transferred in the Lugano ash from lithium to nickel without the transfer of particles. The above article explains how this can be done in quantum mechanics if certain prerequisite mechanisms are in place.

The LENR reactor has all the mechanisms necessary to meet the requirements for energy teleportation without particle transfer.

I have always asserted that the LENR technology contains far more promise that the mundane production of steam.

The LENR reactor could be converted into an entangled instantaneous communication protocol network where space travelers could instantly communicate between Earth and Jupiter among other far off places enabling direct control of LENR powered robot explorers without the imposition of the response time limitations of light speed at very long distances.

The Reinterpretation of Cold Dark Matter as a Bose-Einstein Condensate

Any particle that has no mass travels at the speed of light, any particle that has mass travels at a speed below the speed of light. The Bose condensate gives photons mass and that is why light slows down inside the Bose condensate, inside the condensate photons have mass. There is a theory of dark matter that says that galaxies contain huge expanses of space that are Bose condensates. In that space, photons have mass and move at a speed less than light.

What causes those condensates to form? It is dusty plasma that pervades vast stretches of space. In that plasma, SPPs form and produce a Bose condensate. You can expect that in LENR, light will move slow and have mass. In vast stretches of space, LENR is going on and producing dark matter in the form of photons with mass.

Why does the Lugano ash assay indicate that energy travels between nuclei though an entangled energy conduit (multi-particle wormhole) without the quantum mechanical requirement that contact between particles is required for that energy transfer to occur?

In the Lugano ash, Lithium 7 becomes Lithium 6 and, nickel 58, 60, 61, and 64 becomes nickel 62. So neutrons are going from lithium an exothermic neutron source to nickel 62 an endothermic neutron sink. But no neutrons or gamma rays are detected in this transfer process. It looks like energy is flowing directly between lithium into nickel without any neutrons or gamma rays being detected in free space. It goes to figure that after 32 days of the test, at least a few misdirected errant neutrons and gamma rays would find their way into the neutron and radiation detectors, but none ever do.
