Possible LENR deployment methods


  • Rossi now joins the chorus of LENR developers who recognise the dangers inherent in high power output LENR reactors. Rossi joins ME356 and eros in advising causin based on their observation of LENR performance characteristics. Both both Rossi and eros has suffered health issues when in close contrant with their reactors.


    If seems that LENR reactors are not as inherently safe as we all once thought. But the safe deployment of LENR technology could still be accommodated into the current power infrastructure.


    The development of ocean deployment of huge wind turbines will serve LENR reactor deployment well. A safe method of LENR deployment will entail the use of those floating platforms located just off shore.


    The technical feasibility of deepwater floating LENR platforms will not be questioned, as the long-term survivability of floating structures has been successfully demonstrated by the marine and offshore oil industries over many decades. However, the economics that allowed the deployment of thousands of offshore oil rigs have yet to be demonstrated for floating LENR reactor platforms. For deepwater wind turbines, a floating structure will replace pile-driven monopoles or conventional concrete bases that are commonly used as foundations for shallow water and land-based reactors. The floating structure must provide enough buoyancy to support the weight of the reactor as a function of its size and power production rating and to restrain pitch, roll and heave motions within acceptable limits.


    Since muon shielding is so problematic, distance from any population is the one dependable risk mitigation method.


    The distance of LENR deployment offshore would be a function of the range of muon travel before decay and the inverse square law dilution of muon density together with safe muon exposure limits.


    Higher life forms should be restricted from ever entering the muon risk zone. Exposure to muon concentrations could cause neurological disruptions and long term deterioration of neural systems similar to the effects produced by toxin exposure in hazardous wastes.


    The floating LENR reactor will be bigger than a sea buoy, but smaller than a floating wind turbine. Robotize remote controlled maintence could allow for human free maintenance of the LENR reactor such as refueling. The activated waste fuel could be dumped into the deep water or dissolved in acid.

  • That post caught my attention too. When was last time that Rossi mentioned that the reaction can be DANGEROUS?



    Putting aside whether muons are produced or not in the reaction, is it really that problematic? I think this would be true for highly energetic (several few GeV) muons, not low energy ones (a few MeV).


    Highly energetic muons will travel through the human body without interacting significantly with it, with the result that paradoxically the immediate surrounding of the reactor would be safer than at a distance several meters away (however a very high flux may be dangerous at close distance even without significant interaction per particle).


    I wonder if Rossi knows what is producing the dangers that he is seeing in the Quark reactor? I am very interested in this.


    High energy muons will penetrate miles into the ground before they decay so they don't produce much damage where people live, but low energy muons are a different story.


    eros made some important observations about muons. Low energy muons are very dangerous because they form muonic atoms 100% of the time. Muonic atoms produce nuclear reactions like fusion. eros also said that the copper cover on his G M detector gets hot; now that is wild!


    eros also said that a lead shield produced increased GM counter activity on the outside of the shield. This means that the muons are low energy and the shield slowed them enough to stop them dead inside material were they catalyze fusion.


    I have away believed that muons produced by the Mouse reactor was the stimulus that fire off the fusion reactions in the Cat reactors. Because no gamma is produced by that fusion, the muons are connected energetically (entangled) to the mouse.


    The important question is how far do these dangerous low energy muons travel before they decay. That distance encompasses the danger zone. There is no radioactive activation problems or waste issues with LENR, you just have to stay away from the muon flux until all those muons decay. How way that is will be determined eventually.


    By the way, Rossi said that the quark reactor will hurt the eyes if not shielded. eros said the same thing was happening to him; pain in back of the eyes. Rossi might be trying to shield the dangerous emanations coming off the quark. If those emanations are muons, Rossi is in for some bad times.


    Remember that Rossi first named the Quark "Madame Curie"

    First let us consider the sad hypothesis that Rossi's method is to answer yes yo any of his auditor proposition, to be believed.


    Second let us consider that despite strong efforts by LENR scientists, and thousands of experiments, the normal LENR experiments seldom produce noticeable radiation, noticeable by instruments, let us not even talk of dangerous for live being.


    Risk of radiation burst is to account in research, but no need to anticipate experimentally refuted problems in our futuristic predictions

    One often hears that there's little radiation in LENR experiments. But this is merely a comparison to normal nuclear reactions. There are researchers such as Lipson and Karabut who have been tireless in reporting charged particle radiation and x-rays over the years.

    Your vision of the LENR world is a scary one but it may be on the mark. Rossi and ME356 are working inside a Bose condinsate where sub atomic particles are being disassembled and reformed in a superposition of extended suspended animation. Muons do not exist until their entanglement with the LENR reaction is broken. The muons are pre-particles, just waveforms that tunnel through shields in a ghost world of non reality. Inside the influence of the Bose condinsate, electrons are entangled with photons and don't work like they usually do in the non LENR world. In the LENR world, electronic equipment: meters, detectors, clocks, radios, telephones, and nerve cells stop working as expected.


    In a world where LENR is all pervasive, if the zones of entanglement around the LENR reactions overlap, the individual LENR reactions become interconnected, intercommunicate, share energy, and fall into an entangled amalgamation where entire neighborhoods are engulfed in the LENR world. Electricity no longer flows, water begins to decompose, people cannot think or feel anymore. A new universe, a LENR universe, a bubble in a new reality forms in which life is no longer possible and machines stop working.


    ME356, eros, and Rossi sense the danger around the reactors that they are building but they don't understand the nature of the new reality that they are creating. They are working in a twilight zone like world where the rules of how things behave don't apply while the LENR reaction is active, intercommunicating, sharing, storing, and, growing, changing the nature of the universe that they are working in under a alien reality.

  • Like the specific shape of a key opens a lock, if the stimulus for the LENR reaction within the nucleon is a specific moire patterning of a monopole magnetic field, that would explain why certain crystal configurations induce the LENR reaction.

    Possibly, metalized hydrides produce the proper magnetic pattern without crystal based filtering, but other materials can produce the proper magnetic pattern through filtering of a monopole magnetic field through the appropriate crystal structure.

    "To assure a strong magnetic field in the active material the spheres contain a ground samarium cobalt (Sm2Co7) magnet, which stays magnetized at higher temperatures. This was powdered and the powder is mostly random but it should provide a strong magnetic field within the sample"


    The Sm2Co7 magnet produces the anisotropic magnetic field lines(monopole like magnetic field).


    Deuterium is used as the gas envelope


    Activated charcoal produces the graphite like hexagonal crystal structure that formats the magnetic field to the proper specific moire patterning of a monopole magnetic field.


    The basic chemical structure of activated carbon is closely approximated by the structure of pure graphite. The graphite crystal is composed of layers of fused hexagons held by weak van de Waals forces. The layers are held by carbon–carbon bonds.


    It is the specific shape of the magnetic field that causes the nucleons (protons and neutrons) to decay when the applied patterned magnetic field produces CP violation in a resonant EMF based reaction.
