Final decision
The presentation of the Ecat SKLed and SKL will be made on December 9 2021.
Warm Regards,
A.R.

At Least it’s a Final Decision.
Another episode of the magician's pantomime starting from the fake Customer.
Note that Rossi capitalizes ‘Customer’ when the customer is himself, so a small-C customer…could be an actual customer?… or maybe he isn’t the Customer just yet.
From many years the megalomania it's a sign of his mental disorder.

That is a nice analysis of a calorimetry error. It would not surprise me if Rossi used it at some point - though it seems a bit subtle for him. Perhaps one on the side of the non-deliberate calorimetry errors to counterbalance the ones which are obviously deliberate?

CC: If you will show a prototype of the SKL that will generate electric energy, whatever the amout of it, without consuming energy from an external source (self sustaining mode), this will be the most important thing of the world since centuries.
This is a fact, if that will be a fact.
RossiSez: Our Team is working 24/7 on it, now.
It is quite easy to get indefinite electrical power out from systems by harvesting temperature changes. There are some cool nanomaterials that do this. So you need the average power out to be larger than could be got from:
ambient light
ambient temperature changes
But they main thing is slow chemical reactions of some contained components (batteries or equivalent)
That actually means in practice you need either a very long demo - or a decent output power - or a tiny black box system. Tiny powers are trivial to sustain for long period using tiny batteries.
At Least it’s a Final Decision.
But when is the Final "Final Decision"? That has not been announced yet.
When? It will come up after the new second-last decision incoming by a fake Customer.
At Least it’s a Final Decision.

Just need to switch a couple of words, from SK to SKLed, and the CFL to a LED.
Some classic quotes from this beautiful jingle, almost 3 years ago:

"We can argue all day if we like that, but there's really nothing left to debate"

Article on BBC about Theranos scandal.
She was "the world's youngest self-made female billionaire", trumpeted Forbes magazine. The "next Steve Jobs", said Inc, another business magazine that put her on the cover.
In 2014, Elizabeth Holmes, then 30 years old, was on top of the world. A Stanford University drop-out, she had founded a company valued at $9bn (£6.5bn) for supposedly bringing about a revolution in diagnosing disease.
With a few drops of blood, Theranos promised that its Edison test could detect conditions such as cancer and diabetes quickly without the hassle of needles. Bigwigs from Henry Kissinger to Rupert Murdoch invested.
But by 2015, the seams were coming apart, and within a year, Ms Holmes was exposed as a fake. The technology she touted didn't work at all, and by 2018 the company she founded had collapsed.
Ms Holmes, now 37, faces up to 20 years in prison if found guilty of the 12 charges of fraud against her.
Her trial which begins next month, US v Elizabeth Holmes, et al, will be closely watched and she is expected to plead not guilty.
Whether Ms Holmes will take the stand herself is unclear.
"The toughest thing with any case involving fraud is proving that the person intended to defraud," says Ms Baker.
"So prosecutors will have to use her texts and emails, and argue that she knew the technology didn't work but said it did anyway."
This is the sort of level that the US Government start to get involved in. You have to defraud Murdoch and Kissinger and seriously impact the stock market.
Even then the likelyhood of a successful conviction is not certain.
So in the case of a minor fraud;
Fictitious example; say "somebody" defrauds a bunch of nobodies on a website (e.g. edogworld.com).
I guess it is unlikely that a conviction would occur.
Ergo crime does pay.

As usual chatter, only chatter on a fans' blog based only on Rossis says.
Why you don't ask him to give a real proof of what he said?
Who is and where is this alleged Ecat-SK customer?
I miss Steve Jobs
I miss Steve Jobs
I think because you live in the magician's world you completely miss the reality.
I miss Steve Jobs
Makes sense you would. Jobs was a total jerk like Rossi.
16 Examples of Steve Jobs Being an Unbelievable Jerk (businessinsider.com)
But at least Jobs accomplished something in life.
Rossi has not, and will not, accomplished anything.
Other than creating a really compelling blog for certain gullible people, that is.
I think your wrong about Rossi.
But maybe your right.
We should soon find out if he has
a product with the SKLed.
Jobs was a pleasant funny jerk.
