Time already told...
Rossi is a HUGE LARGE BIG LIAR !!!
-
-
Yeah we all know that .....but we tolerate his eccentricities just in case he does come up with the goods one day (low probability but there's always a chance, like winning the lottery!)
-
Very low, though.

It's turned from serious, to harmless fun IMO. Like Trekkies. Rossi fans know (well, hopefully they do) that what he is feeding them is all fantasy, but it gives them an excuse to talk about exotic technologies, show off their knowledge, and dream of what could be.
I hope you are right about Rossi fans, for the sake of the gene pool.

No worries there. The Rossi fans don't understand how to reproduce.

Dear Dr. Rossi,
it seems to me that recently you sound more reserved concerning the surplus electricity production by the E-Cat SKL, after you were extremely optimistic after your first big tests.
1. Have any major problems come up?
2. Do you think there could have been an error or misinterpretation of data in your first E-Cat SKL Tests?
3. If you would estimate, what is the probability that there will be a working E-Cat SKL product?
Best,
Milan

Dear Andrea,
Will you make the presentation only after all the problems with the SKL have been resolved?
Many thanks,

My Daughter graduated with honours from University of Waterloo
many years ago.I must admit it was
not me helping her with homework
that helped get her there.

Oh my god.... "ENOUGH".
Over the last 4 years, when he answered a question with "enough", we instead became witness of "too less", and "nothing"...
and this continues on and on, even in 2020. - Milan

Dear Andrea Rossi,
You posted “we always have problems coming up.”
Please clarify. Does this mean:
1. New problems are arising and must each be solved?
2. The SKL has problems getting started?
3. The SKL has reliability problems?

Local historians: can anyone list all the e-cat models over the past 9 years? There have been many and just think of all the happy albeit totally secret customers!

This is roughly correct I think:
2011 - E-Cat
2013 - E-Cat Hot
2017 - E-Cat QX
2018 - E-Cat SK
2019 - E-Cat SKL
2020 - E-Cat Hindsight (Because hindsight is 20/20)

I'm not so sure about that. BLP have spent $20M+ and several decades to get somewhere we aren't sure about. Rossi must have spent $2M by now on something of a mystery. Safire have spent (AFAIK) something like $10M and around 5 years scaling up. It might not be as easy as you think. ETA- even Norront with their big team, must be spending $2M a year (at least). Sweden is a high-wage high-cost environment.
That's because BLP is bound by Hydrino theory and they are trapped by that. Finally, BLP has found the key to producing massive excess energy. However, they are now having a problem keeping the reaction throttled down far enough their systems do not melt down. What they need to be doing instead is finding ways to throttle up as high as they can possibly go while not destroying their reactor. The way to do this is to abandon liquid metal and use a pure plasma system. This would allow them to tune the plasma ball they create in the negative resistance regime into resonance and allow it to detach from the electrode. This would NOT be overly difficult.
We've found the path to high powered LENR and it all involves producing macro-scale versions of ball lightning that normally exist in the nano or micro scale in powder and electrolytic systems.
