Sam, Rossi has been claiming certification for products for some 7 years now. What is the point of even reporting it? Whether true or false, a heater with COP=1 is not news.
Rossi reports certification because it sounds good and there are many certifications (factory safety was his favourite) that can be obtained without even showing product.
Be careful. If Rossi offers energy guaranteed cheaper than locally available, in a no downside contract, some customers may not worry too much about ecat flakiness.
Why would Rossi do this? He has money, and a "real customer" would suit his PR purposes? No?
Think of the money spent on subsidising grid electricity (say by 30%) as less than an advert, and with Rossi fans hope who knows? Perhaps more effective.
I disagree. The types of customers that Rossi needs to have to show legitimacy are going to be customers with large power demands and similarly large legal talent available to them. Any lawyer that signs off on a contract with Rossi without seeing legitimate certifications/licenses and liability insurance would be guilty of malpractice.

That is so funny. I doubt he is getting a certification from UL or any one similar and without that never be in a US home.
Perhaps it is pessimistic, but I suspect that something will delay the domestic certification indefinitely.

Fabiani, as USQL, was able to use an uncertified domestic ecat to climatize his laboratory, according to his affidavit.

Rossi will certainly get certification because his e-cat is harmless and does absolutely nothing other than boil water like any other electrical heater on the market! A kettle would be cheaper tho - eCat kettle? - let's patent it before anyone else does!

1. Do I understand correctly that you are interacting with third party testers via Skype?
2. Are you running tests on the E-Cat SKL in your lab that they are able to observe?
3. Are they compiling data about their observations?
4. When they are able, will they visit your lab, or will you go to them?
5. Will a report be written about this Skype testing, or is it more informal?

This Skypetest opens up a complete new era of testing and certification via internet, without touching anything at all. Test labs will have to shut down all their staff and equipment and hire digital natives who can judge via monitor if a new product is safe to use by industry and housholds....Isn't that a miraculous achievement in our modern digital and networked world? Buying something nuclear that has been tested and certified completely remotely and confirmed to be safe for user, bystanders and environment? What an interesting time we all live in...

because he never delivers anything.
There are a grand total of 0 customers globally that are using the Ecat or any of it’s derivatives that are seeing
Energy Out > Energy In.

I think due to some misleading information and actions taken by Rossi, discussion are rising out of the subject.
If you are a scientist or you are a good engineer, you know that when you want to present a device, you yourself should have already tested your device for a considerably long period and make sure that your device works without failure and make certain that it really works repeatedly without failure.
Rossi has not done it. He has always been experimenting, and not confirming the actual failure free working of one kind of his device.
During a long period he has also been using information revealed by many others on "Resonance and Plasma" for generating energy and electricity. He may continue to experiment and experiment and experiment to get something.
Please note that the test and due presentation that he may give do not fulfill scientific and engineering requirements.
Not even the right and legislative way of registering a device.
Obviously when someone wants to reveal the secrets of Resonance and Plasma, or future engineering development on ecat, by creating a thread or forum for future engineering developments, he becomes very frustrated and frightened and diverts the subject that may reveal the secrets of his device, and creates fake news while condemning others for creation of fake news. Obviously he has to prove it otherwise measures should be taken through US and UN authorities to stop him from condemning others on creating fake news by quoting it in capital letters.
WHO SAID HIS ECAT IS IMPLEMENTABLE TO FIGHT AGAINST CORONAVIRUS DURING THE PERIOD OF CORONAVIRUS. (explained this earlier in the comments).
And later he called it: PLEASE STOP THIS FAKE INFORMATION.
You know that with his promises in the last 7 years, everyone knows that his device has not worked properly, and this device may not become available for the next two years or perhaps the next 5 years. He has never defined the achievable parameters of a device in a systematic way. He is experimenting to get something and this is no good to pay much attention to what he is really doing to register a device.
I liked him for being open minded to go against the mainstream and achieve something that so far the actual COP is not known yet in a true device that really works repeatably.
He hasn't been able to present a real device that really works and generates heat repeatedly with well defined parameters as a system, let alone to new devices. This is not the right way.

sam12 so you are beginning to see things now as they really are? The e-cat SK ballerina emits some UV so could be used to sterilize hospital rooms contaminated by coronavirus. Or just buy a UV lamp as a cheaper option.
I wish somebody with knowledge was with Rossi and SEE what he
really does have by testing etc.
