I don't know, but I encourage the exploration of it, as I believe most of the people on this forum do. But do I believe in Rossi and that he is anything other than a charlatan, con man, crook and fraud? No. I don't believe in him, I don't believe him and I have yet to see any rational evidence based argument for doing so. To me, people who believe him or believe in him, are taking everything about him on faith. And to me, that is a religious belief. And to me, a religious belief that is belied by all the evidence and facts.

Do you have any concrete evidence to back this up, e.g., schematics, RESULTS OF TESTING, etc. IMHO, which I believe is based on the same concrete evidence you have, he is trying to generate a tachyon field (I heard it on Star Trek, what do I know) by having two leprechauns rub their heinies against each other.

   The new Ecat SKL is the masterpiece of my life. It works in closed loop and generates the electric energy to fuel itself, plus generates 4 kWh/h of electric energy. I consumed only 130 Wh/h to flow away the thermal energy that is irradiated from the Ecat ( about 1 kWh/h of thermal energy is in total emitted ).

   The volume of the Ecat reactor is in total 100 cubic cm, while the whole is contained in a heat dissipator box whose dimensions are cm 20 x 20 x 20, plus we have outside it the control box, which is extremely complex.

   More work has to be done, but now for a couple of weeks I will take my holidays, because I am very tired.

   A big step forward has been done. We should have an electric engine with infinite autonomy, it seems. We’ll see.

Rossi says it works and, to paraphrase the Bard, "Rossi is an honorable man (excepting the lies, the fraud, etc., but excepting all of that Rossi is an Honorable Man)." To my fellow sceptics, we should all acknowledge that we were wrong in doubting the next winner of the Nobel Prize in Physics, along with the Nobel Peace Prize. I mean, just look at all the evidence he has shown us -- how can we doubt him now? That's all, I just threw up in my mouth and have to go rinse.

He is just too stupid to calculate the volume. It is tricky like converting Kelvin to Celsius.

Since the device isn't real, when confronted with his stupid error, he just went ahead and said 100cm^3 is correct with no explanation.

No way in hell he shrank the reactor by a factor of 10 in volume suddenly, after being confronted with his error.

Yes, Rossi has contradicted himself (lied) before. Yes, there is of yet still no verified customer who claims he has or had a working Ecat. Yes, it's been ten years since Rossi announced a working device, yet the most we have are controversial tests and demos. Yes, the Ecat is, from a conventional physics standpoint, unlikely to work as claimed.

So the deck is stacked against Rossi, and skeptics and believers alike know it. The majority despise him, some are bemused, and a few like myself cheer him on. Vive la difference!

PS Rossi says the Ecat SKL+ can be run off grid, started by a 12V battery and self looped to continue running, with a significant load. If this is *not* demonstrated in September (or so), I'll be bummed and my skeptometre needle will probably move considerably. Not enough to kill my hopes though.

Even though I deleted my previous post, I do realise carbon has quite interesting potential for assisting in clean thermal energy proccesses. Light has been shed on it from various research papers. There is something interesting going on.

Can someone with a better understanding of physics explain to me how Rossi is privileged to define "Bosonic electrons" as anything he wants?

May I then be allowed to define Rossi's lower orifice as "fermionic"?

It does obey the Pauli Exclusion Principle since there is only one of them in the universe, so no two can occupy the same state.

   is proposed an electron model wherein the spin is interpreted as the component [+/- hbar/2] of the free electron intrinsic angular momentum VECTOR hbar along the external magnetic field.

   This interpretation is in agreement with the well known ESR -Electron Spin Resonance- experimental data: see reference 14 in my paper, par. on ESR.

   According to this interpretation, we cannot exclude the possibility that the intrinsic angular momentum may be aligned to the external magnetic field in particular environments. See also this important link from a declassified US Air force document:

   This said, I’d define “Bosonic” a free electron with intrinsic angular momentum hbar parallel to the external magnetic field.

where i'm agree with you is that this model couldn't come from his mind, good or bad..

He is only a ground experimenter.

Now, i would expect he should create a residual charge stabilized as for double layer to explain his theoretical electron model.
