You cannot know what Mark U believes or disbelieves, therefore speculation is futile.
One can the same thing about everything in the Rossi saga and yet there are 13,000 pieces of speculation in this thread.
-
One wonders how much of what Mark U says he actually believes. My money is on none of it.
People who know me know I can make light of my beliefs, but my beliefs are real. I believe in Randell Mills and in Andrea Rossi and their work, enough so that I'll endure flak for it. Two very different people, two very different approaches, with some contradictory views (like what comprises the vacuum). Let's put it this way: Although my beliefs are free from the prison of disbelief, they are still serving a probationary period.

Rossi is wild and ridiculous but there is no evidence! -

He’s got the “buzz word” speak down pretty good, could get a job with CNN

That#s enough picking on people.

What does Randall Mills and Rossi's work have in common? I believe both are using amalgamation using liquid Gallium and Mercury respectively as the base carrier for other transmutable elements, eg Pt to Au by the fusion of protons and neutrons to the starting materials, They are both hot on the trail of perfecting this technique which is theoretically possible if one considers Wyttenbach's new models of SO(4) physics and Holmlid's experimental work showing the creation of kaons, pions and muons at low energy levels. So a lot more work on the theory before we can build an efficient cold (or warm) fusion reactor. Enough said for now until we have more experimental evidence.

It seems you like mayonnaise Dr Richard

Maybe OT maby not: Energy-as-a-Service EaaS
Macquarie, Siemens units create U.S. distributed energy joint venture
https://de.reuters.com/arti...
For entities embracing this model, they can choose to ‘outsource’ their power systems to a specialist entity, in the same way firms hire technology platforms rather than develop their own systems - so-called software-as-a-service (SaaS)

Nonsense - we have a whole thread on rossi when we don't know what he believes or disbelieves.
-
Mark, can you check out the clearance thread and see if you find my joke is in any way
"picking on you". I bet you think it is funny. If not, I apologize. I think the problem is I mentioned England, which is on the label. -
The unlicensed practice of psychiatry is never funny.
-
Alan, we are joking. I never accused Mark of anything psychological. I know Mark and he and I can take a joke. Heck Sam even called me ugly :). That post was a joke about getting his true feelings out with drugs. I am sorry I diagnosed Axil without a license. I won't do that again.

I did not say you where Ugly PFD.
I said you are not as pretty as
the other person in the photo.
And you are more handsome
than me.

While I am here I will post this
comment from Rossi blog.
Making progress maybe.
Bill Conley October 7, 2020 at 12:02 PMDear Andrea,
A few more questions of curiosity if you can:
1) How many partners have completed tests in your lab so far?
2) Have all results to date been positive with continued interest of testers?
3) Have you supplied SKLs that are currently in longer-term off-site tests?
4) Have you concluded any partner agreements as a result of testing?
5) Is the certification testing actually under way (beyond preparation)?
6) Are you in frequent communication with them to support their testing?
Thank you for your kind indulgence of our questions.
Regards,
Bill
