Rossi has learned from his past mistakes and has instituted a regime of testing to insure his product is reliable.
To be clear he has only instituited a regime of no independent testing at all, to insure that his hoax could appear real to his believers and the play will continue.

You must mean e-catworld.com. There once was a forum called ecatnews.com which was provided by a professional author and artist with the pseudonym "Paul Story". At first (2011, maybe 2012) Paul believed Rossi and censored the forum heavily against anti-Rossi posts even going so far as to ban posters like me altogether. At some point, the overwhelming evidence that Rossi was a con man and that the ecat was a typical free energy con convinced Story and he opened up the forum to both believers and critics though I had to invent a new identity (Al Potanza) because he never bothered to lift the ban on "maryyugo." I forget what prompted it, maybe the lawsuit, but a year or so (or more) ago, Paul decided to no longer exert the effort needed to keep the board open. For a while, it was closed to new posts but stayed up but now it has been entirely deleted.
The internet archive "Way Back Machine" reports:
Saved 169 times between June 27, 2011 and October 22, 2017.
So you can still access the posts. Recent archives are essentially "site not found" or similar. Earlier copies seem to work.
=============== blast from the past!
Quote: At the moment there are no other third party testing on Hyperion Products other than the ones in progress by the Greek Authorities. [my emphasis] Can you tell us what you mean by “the Greek Authorities”?
Is this a reference to CE approval testing? If so are you able to tell us which CE standards Hyperion products are being tested against?
Re: CE Certification
Of course, no such submission ever took place and the above was a typical Defkalion outright and blatant lie. It even went so far that a Greek Parliament member CHECKED PERSONALLY with the various testing and licensing agencies and of course, they had no requests or paperwork from Defkalion and in fact, it was reported in Greek newspapers, they had never even heard of the company.
It is untoward for you to continually gloat over your past triumphs. Such gloating only shows a lack of humility. Only look forward to your new atrocities.

Your mode of thinking shows a marked lack of sense. Why in the world would a con man institute a quality program or even lie about doing so. Such a deduction is lamebrained.

Looks like Rossi is back to his original habit of raiding the toilet surplus piping store to make his wondrous machines. Maybe he was able to find another 95 year old plumber to put them together like they did the early ecats.

Are those thick red and black wires going into the each of the two Quarks high voltage wires? Why such think wires?

Why? We saw why.... the reason is a dozen of houses in Florida and 11M$ in his pocket.

Why such think [sic] wires?
Because Rossi's junk box didn't have any thin wires?

You still do not make any sense. This new purported fraud predated the mention of a quality program. Please be more logical in your slanders, such claims offends our intelligence.

Thanks, much better. I can see the meter readings of 99.8 & 100,2 on that photo, But it is not clear what they are reading. It doesn't look like either reactor is connected to power either unless that is through the base.

Please inform maryyugo, She needs to keep her slanders up to data. What tools are used for working on microtubes?

Like your speculations do.
Money and houses are proven facts, even you like to ignore.

High voltage wiring does tend to have rather bulky insulation.

There is no fraud involved in making some investments in real estate, or don't you beleive that? What are you some kind of communist?

not sure what the picture is showing. The things on top of the boxes on the side (who knows what's in them) have devices connected with apparently soft rubber tubing. That can't go to very high temps.

Communist? No, simply I love who really spends his money to cure children affected by cancer and I hate charlatans that used that argument in a “says” of his blog to get sympathy.

It is unfair to refer to the advanced technology shown in the photo as “toilet parts.” The Blu-Lock fittings shown are lawn sprinkler parts and some of the best that Home Depot has to offer. Interstellar travel is just a step away!

Dear mr Rossi,
Regarding the Rossi-Gullstrom paper:
The total power supply was not mentioned, but some say you used a 24 V battery?
If this is correct your total input power to the experiment setup would be 24V * 0,1 A = 2,4 Watts.
Can you confirm the battery voltage?

Oystein Lande:
Our power source can be either 120 or 220 V AC, or we can use 24V DC batteries.
Obviously your calculation is wrong, because one thing is the voltage at the power source, a totally different thing is the voltage that goes to the E-Cat through the circuitry of the control system.
In the same Gullstroem-Rossi paper you can read the voltage measured by the 2 voltmeters.
Warm Regards,
A.R.

Dr Andrea Rossi,
Your measurement system described in the Gullstrom-Rossi paper is perfect. The circuit is very simple, the plasma is a conductor, as everybody knows, therefore placing a resistance with a known ohmage and measuring the voltage across it, the current is obtained by the Ohm equation, as well as the wattage.

Dr Andrea Rossi:
Looking at the paper Gullstrom Rossi I understand you measured the wattage across the 1 Ohm resistance to determine the wattage in the circuit, based on the rule of the circuit with two resistances of which one has a known value in Ohm, the other has not. I learned this at the school of electrotecnics: when a circuit is made by a power source and 2 reasistances, to know how much is the energy in the circuit you can measure the voltage across a resistance with well known ohms and get the amps from the ohm’s equation. Multiplying V x A you know the amount of energy in the circuit, less the dissipation caused by the resistance.
Am I correct?

(One could use the zoom function on the PDF. The photo has fairly high resolution.)
What the wires are connected to is a bit more problematic. There is also the infamous whiteboard photo. It is hard to make out, but does have a wiring diagram for the voltmeter and the calculations.
Perhaps the deluge of new info from Rossi's promised test will change things, but the released information on the Quark-X input power measurement mystery is pretty consistent. I posted on this ages ago, but it seems to be one of those inconvenient details that get lost.
Here, the whiteboard calculation for E1 (input power), the whiteboard circuit diagram, the text in the research papers, and even what Rossi says, are all consistent. The only thing that does not work is Rossi's calculation of the Quark-X input power, which is wrong.
From the ckt diagram, and the text:
The power supply drives a 1 ohm resistor in series with the quark-X.
The voltmeter measures potential across the resistor as 0.1V = V1
Rossi calculates power as V1X(V1/R) = 10mW. This is of course the power across the resistor, but Rossi conflates this with power into the quark-X. To determine that we would need another voltage measurement (the power supply voltage V2) and then calculate:
V2 * I = V2 * V1 / R = 0.1 V2 W. (Or more precisely, if V2 is not >> V1, (V2-V1)* V1 / R). We do not know V2 though if 24v is the correct PSU voltage that would be 2.4W. This is from Rossi's own circuit diagram, and also his description in the paper. There he has V1^2. With one voltage as here the only way this works is measuring the power across the resistor, which gives no information about the PSU voltage or the power into the Quark-X.
Rossi's miscalculation here is quite blatant, and he does not recant. He just asserts something wrong and lets those who support him try to find some way to make this fit.

Rossi's calculation of COP based on the assumption that the light that the quark produces is blackbody is wrong. All that this all means is that Rossi does not understand how LENR works, not that he is a con man.
