I liked the parts of the video where the same waveform and same periodicity resulted in two quite different COPs by water calorimetry and spectroscopy, and then the actual input was ignored as well as a noisy fan and control box needing the fan for cooling it because modern electronics are so wasteful at changing voltages and waveforms.
Dedicated to all Rossi's sockpuppets and ventriloquists, in particular to this "Jean".

Very obvious that Rossi / Fabiani flip some switch.
So obvious, that it was spotted right away by the “peanut gallery” when the 3 hour video of the event came out.
That makes me wonder:
Didn’t anyone who was present at the demo see this?
Why didn’t anyone there ask Rossi / Fabiani what they are doing?
Were all this “high level professors and specialists” so faithful that they didn’t watch out for simple trickery?
Or is it because of “courtesy”, that nobody dared to ask Rossi nasty questions?

Great inventor! A masterpiece, not even Celsius to Kelvin conversion is right.
The biggest mystery will be how he will be managing 12.500 Celsius operating temperature in his little reactor. He probably had to invent another alien material and an unknown temperature sensor, in addition to the previous that was able to withstand 2700 Celsius without any problem.

The 1 eV heat spectrum that Rossi claims is occurring has nothing to do with the Boltzmann constant or black body radiation. It is a quantum mechanical based aspect centered on the true cause of LENR: The Hawking effect.
As Rossi changes the input power, this temperature does not change. This means that the temperature inside the QX is not a black body based temperature but instead produced by quantum effects.
