Abstract
In this paper we will discuss how we can study some effects associated with LENR from the principles of classical electromagnetic theory. We are aware that this approach has its own risks, because many mainstream physicists consider nuclear fusion should be associated with tunneling through Coulomb barrier, which is a pure quantum effect.

The paper is theoretical and just propose to study some classical concepts in electromagnetism to explain LENR

The great surprised is that 2 authors are Indonesian.
Victor Christianto studied in USA and administer Sci4god proudly working for God... A highly motivate profile.
His indonesian co-author Yunita Umniyati seems to fork for the same project Ketindo under Sci4God...

From Victor's other papers I feel he is a bit fringe.

The proposal of some mechanism to allow fusion at low energy let me unconvinced because for me the biggest mystery is not the fusion, but the lack of high energy outcome, but thoses ideas can be exploited and improved.
