    In the context of quantum information theory, what charges the way gravity works is entanglement on the local scale. Simply said, entanglement can change the way a force: gravity preforms it function.


    Under the context of the same quantum information theory, the same mechanism could be at work in LENR where entanglement on the local scale can change the way the electromagnetic, electroweak, and strong forces interact.


    In an entangled Bose condensate, where the electroweak and strong forces would not be coupled sufficiently strongly to converge to a more unified force as defined by their respective Running coupling constants; entanglement modifies the way the forces usually behave in a untangled environment so that the coupling constants of the three forces would come together far more quickly in and entangled state as opposed to a untangled environment.


    In this entangled environment, the proton can decay even if the strength of the EMF forces involved is far below what the potency of the unification of forces would usually take to destabilize the proton.


    Entanglement acts like a force multiplier whereby the electromagnetic and the electroweak forces can come together at a far lower energy level in the situation where a nuclear reaction takes place under the entangled influence of a Bose condensate.

    It has also been discovered that dwarf galaxies are embedded in a Bose condinsate. Did Michael McCulloch consider the effects of this source of increased entanglement in these type galaxies? It could be all in the details.

    Using laser light conversion to a coherent magnetic field through the interaction of coherent laser photons and gold nanoparticles shows how the LENR reaction works.


    The LENR reaction is mediated by an amplified weak force. The production of a coherent magnetic field through the use of laser light irradiating gold nanoparticles greatly strengthens the weak force.


    LENR is a consequence of the amplified strength levels of the weak force that existed at the beginning of the cosmos where it reaches grand unification strength levels. At these immense levels of strength, protons and neutrons decay into strange matter mesons.


    A.V. Simakin has also produced a full range of laser based irradiation of gold nanoparticle experiments that show accelerated weak force activity including stabilization of radioactive isotopes, fusion and fission.

    Among other things, this paper remarks about the steady production of gamma radiation even when the rate of stabilization of the isotope CS137 is accelerated by some 1200 times the expected rate. The decay of Cs137 is an exothermic process; excess energy would be expected to be generated from the conversion of the unstable isotope to the stable daughter decay product.


    Where does all that energy produced by the stabilization of the isotope go?


    At the most basic level, I have always expected that LENR is a result of a single foundational mechanism, namely the accelerated action of the weak force under the catalytic effect of quantum coherence.


    This decay process should always produce positive energy. But in this particular case, no excess energy appears, so the energy flow away from the reaction is not detected.


    Holmlid faced this issue in the early stages of his experiments where there was an expectation of a large amount of energy production that did not become apparent. Holmlid finally detected the production of sub-atomic particles that formed a chain of decay from strange matter based mesons through kaons, pions, muons, and finally electrons.


    Under the single cause of LENR posit, the same thing might be happening in this laser based experiment. Muons may be coming off the gold nanoparticles as a result of an energy storage mechanism inherent in the LENR reaction.


    In more detail, this energy storage mechanism may be centered on the Surface Plasmon Polaritons (SPP) produced by the laser photons as they interact with the surface of the gold nanoparticles. The gamma radiation coming off the decaying Cs137 isotope might be absorbed by the SPPs and stored until enough energy is accumulated to produce strange matter mesons that eventually decay to hard to detect muons that distribute the weak force based decay reaction energy to the far field.

    An experimental method that might show this energy migration path is to detect muons using the Holmlid method or place the Cs137 salt solution with gold nanoparticles in a cloud chamber and look for charged particle tracks coming of the isotope solution as it is being irradiated with laser light.


    The detection of muons would point to an amplified weak force reaction catalyzed through nanoplasmonic based laser induced coherence.

    Verlinde's theory seeks to replace Einstein's theory of gravity with a theory that large scale and all pervasive entanglement in space time increases the strength of gravity by many times.


    This insight into the way fundamental forces behave is important for the theory of LENR because at one time when the Cosmos was just beginning, gravity, the nuclear strong force, and the electroweak force were combined into a single fundamental force.     This insight is not new. J. Schwinger understood this behavior from the very beginning of LENR theory.


    J. Schwinger understood the role of coherence as recorded in the "Nuclear Energy in an Atomic Lattice", in The First Annual Conference on Cold Fusion. 1990.

    I've recently heard some comments that to make somethink like superconduction/superfluidity/BEC emerge at the level of energy of LENR, it should be not electromagnetic force, but strong (maybe weak?) force that should be involved. Since weak and strong force are short-range, and 1H or 2D are very simple nucleus, there is something really new to imagine... easiest is p/d interacting with e involving weak interaction... or as Edmund Storms propose d-e-d interact involving weak and strong interaction...


    I don't see how Verlinde, MiHsC, could help us. Michael McCulloch was interested in connected both, but still found nothing...

    In general, any Bose Condensate that is changing with eigenvalues overlap being in a state of nonequilibrium will produce a Berry phase direct monopole field.


    Based on symmetry, from what has been seen in LENR experiments like the golden ball demo by Cravens that a anisotropic magnetic field produced by a rare earth magnet can produce a state of bose condinsation and a LENR effect.

  • This is how the monopole get formed within Bose condensates. In general, the magnetic monopole gets formed, when the environment moves faster, than the light inside the environment. Inside the Bose condensates the speed of light gets greatly lowered, so that their vortices literally suck the condensate and its magnetic lines of force faster, than they can be restored. But similar process may occur withing normal ferromagnetics too, which would explain many anomalous (overunity) effects there. During cold fusion the magnetic monopoles may be formed when the area of dense vacuum along long lines of colliding atoms gets broken faster, than the EM wave can propagate along it - after then the symmetry gets broken and the condensate of atoms fragments itself under formation of monopoles. IMO the monopoles aren't required for cold fusion to work, they're rather represent rather rare byproduct of it, which decreases the energy yield of it in addition.
     


    BTW It just seems for me, that the EMDrive could serve a pocket model of asymmetric black hole - "monopole in the can". Monopole black holes are these ones, which violate CP symmetry due to both weak currents in their core, both frame drag outside them (analogy of jet suppression in quark gluon condensate in Tevatron/LHC experiments). You can imagine it like the fast rotating toroidal vortex of space-time, which literally sucks one of polar jets into itself, so that only one jet and its magnetic field remains around it. If we put matter/energy into such a hole, then it generates polar jet of dark matter, which propels it forward.

    AxillAxill's link is rather irrelevant to monopoles within plasmon polaritons condensate. In general, there are essentially three ways, how the SO(2) symmetry of electromagnetic field can be broken:

    • the spatial basis, i.e. the environment is moving faster, than EM wave (which is the case of skyrmions, i.e. stationary monopole vortices). Such a monopoles are rather poorly developed, they behave rather like anapoles, i.e. the deformed monopoles or transition between magnetic monopoles and dipoles - but they can be stable for quite some time.
    • or the temporal basis: the environment remains stationary, but it changes its density and speed of light propagation faster, than the period of EM wave. Here it's important to explain the nature of plasmons polaritons - they represent a surface vortex, which are composite of surface plasmons (transverse surface waves) and density fluctuations of it (polaron waves which spread beneath it). The phase mixing of surface plasmons and subsurface polarons results into new type of composite quasiparticles, i.e. the polariton.


      The polaritons are therefore surface vortices, which spread in dynamic and spatially inhomogeneous environment like the surface solitons, i.e.
      vortices analogous to Falaco vortices at the water surface, the symmetry of which gets broken with density fluctuations of this surface. Such a monopoles get well developed, but they're quite unstable, i.e. existing for a brief period of time only. If you take a look closely at this video, the moment of monopole formation (when the double vortex gets changed into single one) is commented loudly at the end of the video. This process is analogous to quantum oscillations of mesons and neutrinos (which lose their weak charge during it temporarily and they become indetectable in this way).

    • The spatiotemporal basis inside the Berry phase during magnetic reconnection of skyrmions. This occurs within thin layers of condensate, i.e. not solely inside the bulk volume, but also not quite at the surface. The Berry phase just denotes the layer, where the reconection and twinning of quantum vortices happens. The anyons of fractional charge within thin condensate layers belong there.

    Regarding the monopole anomalies, this observation may be significant: the bismuth sphere generates heat in presence of magnet. The bismuth is bulk topological insulator, close to superconductors and graphite based thermoelectric generators. Inside the crystal lattice of bismuth the motion of free electrons remains constrained to a narrow planes in similar way, like at the surface of graphene, so it may atennuate the quantum fluctuations and convert them into a heat output. Compare also info about anomalous behavior of bismuth ChemAlloy composite.

    In the reference, I have posted that an anisotropic magnetic field can produce LENR results but not how that is achieved.

    I downvoted it, because it's typical example, how AxillAxill incorporates everyday hypes in physics into explanation of cold fusion. This week Verlinde talks about entropic forces in online media, so you just conjured the word "amplification" and wrapped it with Bose condensation like a new topic at lenr-forum.com.


    But does the Bose condensate really contain some mechanism for amplification of forces? Where we can see it, in which known physical effect, which could be extrapolated to cold-fusion systems? This is my question - whole this thread holds water in its very point.


    The adherence on understability of ideas is not my private capric, manifestation of hostility the less: it's necessary condition for being able to extrapolate with another people and becoming usefull in this way. Once nobody can understand your idea, then no one can work with it and it becomes useless. Therefore it's in your very own interest to have ideas understandable.

  • The actual reason why the modern people are forced to use dozens of fancy words borrowed from unexplained yet theories for to explain trivial things, like the gravity field around massive bodies is, they derailed from coherent thinking and from simple and robust aether models, which were postulated before centuries.     While this concept is simple - if not trivial - it immediatelly explains, why the intensity of gravity field ceases with square of distance. The relativity theory cannot account to it (it borrows this dependence from Newtons gravitational law instead), Verlinde theory the less. But the shielding model is way more complex in its very consequences and it can explain the origin of another composite forces.


    For example, in this model the gravity force depends on influx of longitudinal waves from outside. But once these waves get shielded with massive bodies, then the another massive bodies cannot enjoy their mutual shielding so well like the isolated pair of bodies at free space. From this model follows, the mutual forces get weakened inside the large number of massive bodies arranged in a single row - and this is the factual basis of the sentence "Entanglement acts like a force multiplier whereby the electromagnetic and the electroweak forces can come together at a far lower energy levels".


    As you probably remember, in my theory the cold fusion results from Astroblaster effect (momentum multiplication) during multiple collisions of atoms along a row and the decrease of forces in these rows is the added value of this geometric arrangement. The only question is, how much this effect may be significant for overcomming of Coulomb barrier - in my opinion not way too much and it definitelly cannot explain the cold fusion by itself.

  • BTW if you're interested about how the gravity force and inertia can be affected with presence of another massive bodies, you should be interested about Tamarack mine experiments, gravitational anomalies during solar eclipses (Allais effect) and planetary conjuctions, periodicity in gravity constant measurements, and so on. The microscopic effects are Lamb shift, Cassimir and Yukawa force and related stuffs (Hungarian boson, pentaquark, tetraneutronium etc). The experimental material is already quite rich about it, once you know, where to look at it.
