Lunedi 19 dicembre la Commissione Gestione Impianti Nucleari, istituita presso l’Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Roma, in collaborazione con ENEA, nell’ambito del ciclo di conferenze a carattere tecnico-scientifico e culturale “Historia Magistra Vitae”, propone ai propri iscritti un seminario informativo gratuito sul tema delle reazioni nucleari a bassa energia (Low Energy Nuclear Reactions), nell’ambito della fisica della materia condensata.
Queste reazioni, diversamente da quelle ormai ben note della fissione e della fusione nucleare, pur destando forte interesse e curiosità da parte della comunità scientifica, suscitano ancora scetticismo, nonostante il fatto che l‘esistenza dell’effetto sia stata, in più occasioni, dimostrata anche da prestigiosi Istituti di ricerca. I ricercatori del campo hanno prodotto una cospicua letteratura ed effettuato lunghe campagne di laboratorio. Scopo del seminario è quindi consentire ai principali protagonisti di questo campo di esporre i risultati dei loro studi, nei diversi percorsi che le LENR stanno seguendo sia in campo teorico sia applicativo.Nel corso del seminario verranno illustrati i percorsi e i risultati scientifici che hanno caratterizzato questa ricerca di frontiera.Si spazierà quindi dall’Effetto Fleischmann & Pons, alle reazioni piezonucleari. con le “evidenze” storico-geografico-morfologiche sulla composizione della crosta terrestre e di altri pianeti.
