EU research: Norrønt AS look for partner on LENR basic research (Eurostars/Eureka funded)

On Linked-in LENR group, a project manager of an IP/patent company "Norrønt AS" called interested companies to participate LENR research on material science and nanotechnology.
They plan to participate EU funded Eureka program, "Eurostars":

Hi, we are going to apply for the Eurostar funding program on september 11 for the development of lenr material and crystals in the atomic and nano regime.We are currently searching for partners 3-4 from Eurostar countries, SMEs, large companies, research institutions and universities to participate in a joint research collaboration on LENR material and lattice development.

Each partner must contribute on their own project cost, our budget is estimated to 2 mill euro over a 3 year period bringing the total project cost to 6-8 mill euro for 3-4 partners from 2015-2018 where Eurostar funds up to 50% of the total project cost. Their budget is quite serious (6-8 millions Euro), far from the usual seedling project we find in NASA/NARI seedling projects of Doug Wells, of what LENr-Invest raised recently (200k$).
It is basic science research that seems in line with what that report was pushing :

Without any information I can only speculate if it is linked with LENR-Cities ecosystem launching planned for soon :

or, given this company is nordic, with Elforsk "pedagogy" in Elforsk Perspektiv or in that report on LENR.

Noront AS have R&D activity on "Surface Structure development" that seems to match well with the proposed project.

Note that recently it seems a company have been registerd (abou 6/6/2016 few weeks ago) .
