So this big black box is a radiator? it sure doesn't seem like a radiator to me.

Aren't radiators supposed to... radiate? I don't see how a boxy, square design efficiently radiates.

There are visible pipes, going upwards. Maybe Rossi was filling the upper floor with pixie dust? everything is possible, now that we know Internet Experts can explain how a company, its investors and their scientific teams were fooled for 2+ years (along with, for good measure, the swedish and italian scientists examining Rossi's works).

What's really amazing is that they were fooled by the reactors they built and tested themselves... I guess I'm going to take Flat Earth Theories much more seriously, now that I know how a couple Internet Experts can really identify flaws and misconceptions emanating from the conclusions of unrelated PhDs from various countries.

Notice the black box has a small insulated door- If the box was insulated, doesn't that mean it was not designed to discard heat?

the term sheet in 238-18 sure looks like an agreement for selling heat to JMP for 2 years and not like a GPT to me.

I wonder if Rossi was to win (I doubt it but) then does JMP have to pay for the "heat".

I find 238-16 interesting since AR had to send data every day for a year at a specific time and now he cannot even remember what time that was. That seems strange to me.

Just took a look at those depositions. Rossi talks about platinum sponges, graphite and graphene, and repurposing the two Multifan fans for some kind of production linked to JM Products.

I guess it would be hard to report back about any product by reading those docs, or even read about any product, since Rossi doesn't want to openly disclose what he's been using the heat for. Which is not a crime, because trade secrets.

So now, according to you, we have a scammer sueing his investors and depositing before the Law absolute lies, as, according to you, nothing ever happened in that big black box.

So with no customer do you still think there was some production going on with platinum sponges?

Reality is evasive to intellect, mind and senses. Achilles bridges half the distance between him and the turtle, but there is always half the distance left to cover, then another half, then another half... Achilles never actually outpaces the turtle.

Rossi gives the know-how to build reactors to IH/Cherokee/etc, they build Ni-H based reactors, test them and witness significant excess heat (back in 2013) but there's always the Internet Emissivity Experts to convince... there never was any excess heat.

Rossi sets up some kind of system to use heat from the plant and transform whatever in a big black box, after falling out of a deal with Johnson Matthey... there never was any heat nor transformation of none product in that big black box which was really either 1) a small fan or 2) a radiator

Maybe you believe that IH are liars (on oath) and fools as well as greedy capitalists?

If they had excess heat (other than experimental error) ie something like what was claimed from Lugano we have the following logical sequence:

(1) IH hold (from the Rossi contract) IP and license to something of extraordinary value

(2) IH would want to commercialise this is fast as possible because the IP protection is flaky and first mover advantage matters

(3) IH would have large investments from Woodward funds etc easily available

Now, you I think believe that all these things hold, but for some reason IH choose to do nothing for 18 months stuck in a law suit with Rossi. Why?

Or alternatively what happened is that when Murray tested things properly (as he says in 235-11 he did with a number of systems) he finds that apparent early indications of excess heat prove to be experimental error. In this case we know what is that experimental error because MFMP have tested it (and others predicted it). Are you claiming MFMP are liars, or got it wrong, or what?

I think this thread could go on for dozens of more pages. The issue is that it is impossible to prove something completely false. Some people believe that aliens landed in Roswell, NM. No matter what anyone says or does to refute it, someone somewhere is going to continue to believe it. In the end people can always fall back to conspiracy theories. IH is a fake company created by the CIA to stop the spread of cold fusion. AR has to keep his discovery a secret so that malicious actors can never understand how it works.

This can go on for years, and probably will. With AR and the e-cat, it is probably down to 50 people or so who are going to never give up believing in it. AR isn't going to attract any new investors, the LENR community is not pinning their hopes on him anymore, news articles (outside of the trial) will no longer be written about it. There will be an end to this trial. And AR will lose. There may be an exotic energy breakthrough in our lives, it may be LENR or something else, but it is not going to come from AR.
