bringing a first target matter via wave resonance into a higher energy state by exposing said first target matter to electromagnetic radiation input energy for producing a first isotope shift in the first target matter and neutrons resulting from said first isotope shift,
capturing said neutrons by a second target matter for producing a second isotope shift in the second target matter and electromagnetic radiation output energy.
2. A method according to claim 1, wherein said electromagnetic radiation input energy is sourced by electromagnetic radiation comprising at least one resonance frequency mode comprised in a frequency interval.
3. A method according to claim 2, wherein the at least one resonance frequency mode is associated with an inter-atomic distance of said first target matter.
4. A method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the at least one resonance frequency mode is a gas or plasma resonance frequency mode of said first target matter, a plasma resonance that characterize magnetized and/or non-magnetized plasmas of said first target matter, or a solid/fluid/gaseous/plasma resonance frequency mode of said second target matter.
5. A method according to any of the preceding claims, further comprising
heating at least one of said first target matter and said second target matter.
6. A method according to any of the preceding claims, wherein said electromagnetic radiation input energy is provided in the form of a square wave signal or a sinus wave signal.
7. A method according to any of the preceding claims, further comprising, on a condition that an electromagnetic radiation output power is produced above a power threshold value,
maintaining said production of electromagnetic radiation output energy by exposing said first target matter to electromagnetic radiation maintenance energy.
8. A method according to claim 7, wherein said electromagnetic radiation maintenance energy is sourced by electromagnetic radiation comprising at least one resonance frequency mode comprised in a frequency interval.
9. A method according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the electromagnetic radiation maintenance energy is provided by means of a wave source.
10. A method according to any of the preceding claims, further comprising
providing a third target matter comprising a catalyst material.
11. A method according to any of the preceding claims, further comprising
bringing the first target matter into a plasma state.
12. An apparatus for power generation comprising:
a source unit for producing electromagnetic radiation input energy,
a first target matter, and
a second target matter,wherein the source unit is arranged to expose said first target matter to said electromagnetic radiation input energy for bringing the first target matter via wave resonance into a higher energy state, for producing a first isotope shift in the first target matter and neutrons resulting from said first isotope shift, and for capturing said neutrons by the second target matter for producing a second isotope shift in the second target matter and electromagnetic radiation output energy.
13. An apparatus according to claim 12, further comprising a fuel container for containing said first target matter and said second target matter.
14. An apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the fuel container is a pressure chamber.
15. An apparatus according to claim 12, 13 or 14, wherein said first target matter and said second target matter are mixed.

Display MoreEssentially no new physics but a little-known physical effect describing matter’s interaction with electromagnetic fields — ponderomotive Miller forces — would explain energy release and isotopic changes in LENR. This is what Rickard Lundin and Hans Lidgren, two top level Swedish scientists, claim, describing their theory in a paper called Nuclear Spallation and Neutron Capture Induced by Ponderomotive Wave Forcing (full length paper here) that was presented on Friday, October 16, at the 11th International Workshop on Anomalies in Hydrogen Loaded Metals, hosted by Airbus in Toulouse, France.
The basic idea is that ponderomotive forces at resonance frequencies shake out neutrons from elements such as deuterium and lithium, and that these neutrons are then captured by e.g. nickel, resulting in energy release by well-known physical laws.

Lundin and Lidgren have made a brief successful experiment and they have verified the model through calculations against results from well-known LENR experiments such as the Lugano report with Andrea Rossi’s E-Cat. Earlier 2015 they also filed a patent application describing the process.
“We did an experiment on our own but we stopped it. We realised that we were sitting on a neutron source and that’s not something you should do in your basement,” Rickard Lundin, Professor of Space Physics at Swedish Institute of Space Physics and member of The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences (KVA)*, told me.
