(As a short cautious conclusion of my little research it is more and more obvious, that virtually all what Rossi had said in the past, without naming the players, because of the existing non-disclosure agreement, proofs to be right and hopefully it is not just all about the millions of the heiress, but proofs to be real)

It's really interesting. When you combine all of the information above, then this here is in principle the revelation that NASA (on behalf of the United States) is testing Rossi E-Cat. Although this does not happen directly at NASA, but at Continuum Energy, but the type of the agreement states that "Reimbursable Space Act agreement INVOLVE the use of NASA's facilities, personnel, or equipment." http://goo.gl/MGjC40 ... that means that NASA is fully involved.

But since Thursday nearly no reactions from the media and other LENR observers, normally they react when Rossi scratching itself or if someone coughs at NASA. Maybe the headline should read differently:
