As expected. Not worth to comment on. Nobody (except field people) seems to be interested in comments after such a lame article...

Well Wyttenbach , by now you have to be aware that Articles as such are mostly Public Relationships statements. They are gracious to letting us know that the US Navy is working again in LENR. I am more than happy for that, but nothing of real substance would be discussed there.

We here are discussing LENR as a reality, and trying to get a handle of it for practical purposes, while most of the rest of the world seems to still think LENR is just pseudoscience.

A couple of days ago Japan announced that in two years more it will dump a high number of tons of Fukushima Daichi Tritium contaminated water into the Pacific Ocean, once they end processing them for removal for the other, longer half life contaminants, it contains.

Some of Us who visit LENR-forum, and thus have more awareness and interest on LENR, think that with a properly engineered system (my favorite would be a cavitation based one), all that tritium water could be safely "decontaminated" and even be able to produce some valuables by transmuting the tritium and other radionuclides into other elements. To the rest of the world we may sound insane, but you know this is possible and it's really sad that that tritium will end in the ocean because the public at large lacks this awareness.

So long many older Japanese nuclear power (Fukui) plant dumped it into air...The water contains mainly 137-Cs...

  • Maybe Fukushima could make a cheaper Dagwood toy..

  • Cigaret smoke contains 10x more radioactivity than ambient. It's of the worst kind - Alpha - from Polonium that gets enriched in the Tabaco leaves as also Pd or Pt get enriched.

Most likely this is the main cause for lung cancer among smokers.

So the USA once had 200'000'000 small radioactivity labs...

Ahh, beta emitters are more interesting, because we make implanted pacemakers and the like with beta batteries. Simple stuff like isotopes of Carbon, Calcium and Potassium are beta emitters... take an edge off the fear of readers with tiny factoid. Life is what it is. Neutered with millimeters of material to thermal form, straight harvestable electrons comming out. That and nice metal core +H* electro-weak bonds that produces pure sweet sub-gamma EM effects. Titanium pico-compound formation can even be an agent of accelerating decay of other atoms or potenciating the reaction of denser metals.

Schematics, bills of material, and cost of goods are given in our business overview presentation [https://brilliantlightpower.com/pdf/O...]. In this video, we show the first run at a power level of 150 kW wherein the steam pressure was controlled by changing the variable size of the output aperture. This boiler is planned to be tested in an industry setting as a pilot for commercial thermal and steam applications.

Despite the steady progress, the COPs are not huge unfortunately. But still impressive what they do.

Their test cycles only last up to 5 minutes, probably because their setups are not able to remove the produced heat sufficiently fast. The next important challenge will be to have a 24/7 test running continuously. Maybe the announced pilot will fit such test.

The one advantage I could see is that some countries like Canada (and a few in Europe) have a carbon tax. So providing heat that doesn't emit any carbon may be of interest to industrial companies there, even if the COP isn't off the charts.

It will be reduced carbon tax in this case, since COP is not infinitive. Only if part of the output energy is converted to electricity to provide the required input energy carbon emission by such a system will be zero though.

We should not have the illusion that on the long run we will pay less tax because of cleaner and cheaper energy. Governments will find other reasons to tax us the same amount or more.

I feel sorry for you ... "Empty knowledge" is being put into your heads, which make people trivial "morons" ... You cannot obey this "dope"! Believe it or not, we need carbon, since it is the basis of life for everything on Earth! We NEED carbon in the atmosphere! For what ? From carbon due to lightning and discharges for us, nature synthesizes ozone from CO2, which decays "gives" us oxygen ... You were not taught this physics! You have been intoxicated for the last 150 years thanks to Maxwell's "deceitful" physics, who invented an "electric charge" and an "electric field", which, as it turned out, did not correspond to the "electric charge", which in his treatises Charles Coulomb represented as a mass of matter, as a mass of electricity. .. And this paradigm presented by Charles Coulomb was followed by Poisson, Weber, Ampere, Harris, Thomson ... But Maxwell came, made a forgery, and received a "Maxwellian charge", which did not correspond to the paradigm of Charles Coulomb. It was the "Maxwell charge" that led Rutherford and Bohr off the right path, which was laid by Charles Coulomb and Thomson, and they led nuclear physics down the wrong path! Understand a simple thought - an electron exists in nature, but it is an electron, "does not carry" any "electric charge" ... And a proton "does not carry" any "electric charge" ...

  • Believe it or not, we need carbon,

CHONians of the world unite. Defend the Carbon proletariat.

nature synthesizes ozone from CO2, which decays "gives" us oxygen .

    Lessons from schoolbooks

Ozone is good and bad but neither is formed from CO2

in the upper atmosphere good Ozone is formed by UV light striking oxygen

in the lower atmosphere bad Ozone is formed by nitrogen oxides (NOx) reacting with volatile organic compounds (VOCs) on warm, sunny days

probably ozone and oxygen are bad and excluded from the BLP reactor to avoid explosions.

    "SUNCELL® Steam Boiler":

    https://brilliantlightpower...

"Brilliant Light Power has developed a steam boiler capable of a continuous steam output of 250 kW by integration of the SunCell validated to generate over 250 kW of power into a pressure vessel. Schematics, bills of material, and cost of goods are given in our Business Overview Presentation.

In this video, we show the first run at a power level of 150 kW wherein

the steam pressure was controlled by changing the variable size of the

output aperture. This boiler is planned to be tested in an industry

setting as a pilot for commercial thermal and steam applications."

This would indicate that the Suncell itself has been perfected to a commercial level embodiment that is at least minimally acceptable for that kind of use. That minimalist commercial version of the Suncell must have all of the features that make it acceptable as a commercial power source, as to be used by a discerning commercial customer. Those features, must first fulfill the claim of producing power that is several times that put in and to do that safely, reliably, without breaking down over a long term that is at least a few months while in its first commercial iteration, allow full control of all major parameters and do all that while requiring reasonable ease of inputs of oversight.

The claims of those in the Standard Quantum Mechanics arena, that Exotic Vacuum Objects, as are claimed by them, to be the working mechanism in the Suncell, will destroy any material that the EVO's come into contact with, will be disproven when the Suncell does not break down after months of continuous operation. This will then be a validation that another theory explains the operation of the Suncell. That other theory being Mills', the Grand Unified Theory-Classical Physics. The predictions of GUT-CP were used to guide the development of the Hydrino reaction. This reaction is claimed by Randell Mills to be the mechanism that produces the excess energy in this device.

The results of the first commercial on site implementation of the Suncell will go a long way towards validating not only the much greater power output as known to be possible for a device that size using traditional power sources, but will also be a strong indicator of the validity of the theory used here, GUT-CP which is claimed to be used for predicting, how that power is produced.
