Will MFMP be looking at the input power with an oscilloscope? Would that address questions about the possibility of sneaking in power in the higher frequencies?

The were shown his reactor, and they describe it like a small ‘glowstick’ encased in aluminum, almost hermetically sealed. Me356 says that they will be able to weigh it, also that they can touch it during operation, since there is a cooling system that is able to take away the heat.
The team members were able to hold the reactor and they said it seemed heavy for its size. Me356 said that the reactor takes 10 minutes to get up to full performance level after turning it on, but that net positive COP is reached within five minutes after starting it.
The MFMP team has been invited to come to me356’s place at 14:00 on Friday. Bob says that photos will be posted tomorrow.

The PA1000 has 1Mhz bandwidth and samples 1 million times a second + harmonic analyzer + data export. That is a oscilloscope specially designed for power measurements. And the PCE830 uses a different measurment principle with an amp clamp that surrounds the whole cable. In my eyes this is bullet proof.

The me356's test will probably have a very positive outcome.
But it's only the tip of the iceberg. If you dare to look behind the curtains ( be at the LENR conferences, visit the experimentalists, connect with the business guys, ... ) you would know that the question is not anymore if LENR works but who will win the race.
Focusing on Rossi's saga is restrictive... to say the least.

Happy to ship them one if that will help.
As long as this is a pure effort then I'm pulling for them. I am comforted that Bob H is keeping an eye on things - he is incredibly knowledgeable and talented.
If a resounding "replication" announcement for sometime in June was part of someones plan all along
then we'll want to take a deeper look and see if any dots can be connected to other details that we are aware of.
