Stream just stoppend for a while, because me356 is now in the room and plugging in all cables and hoses to start the reactor soon.

Re "years of testing for UL certification and billions of dollars."
Rossi already has certification for industrial use and has been working on domestic certification for years.
As someone said earlier it is not a question of proving LENR anymore but who will be first. Considering the ancestry of me356's reactor it will provide further proof that Rossi does indeed have something, if it works, and I wouldn't count out Rossi just yet despite the negativism on this blog.

So: if it does not work, will that change your views?

I am sure he does not, but in any case, this is not something that one person in Florida can do by himself with no budget. Getting certification for something like this will cost billions of dollars and it will take the efforts of thousands of experts in the U.S. and elsewhere.
As I said, getting approval and certification for the Prius and other hybrid automobiles cost billions of dollars and took years. A hybrid car is a incremental improvement to existing technology. At present, automobile companies are developing self-driving cars. Governments in the U.S., Japan and the EU are already spending hundreds of millions of dollars a year preparing for this. They are setting rules and standards and passing new laws and regulations. There are meetings, seminars and study groups galore. (These events have covered in detail in the Japanese mass media, where I learned about it. I have not seen much in the U.S.)
Before the first self-driving car is sold, industry and government combined will have spent billions of dollars developing industrial standards, regulations, and performing safety testing. If the Rossi reactor is real, it is a nuclear device that works by unknown principles. It will have to be understood in detail. Every nuclear physics lab on earth will have to test it. The experts will have to agree about the theory. Safety testing and animal testing must give ironclad assurance that the reactor cannot go out of control and hurt people. This will take hundreds of man-years of testing, with hundreds of commercial prototype units. Google's self driving car was driven 636,000 miles last year alone. That's 7 man-years of driving. With a new model car, at least 50 are crash tested, and computers simulate many more crashes.
To suggest that one person in Florida can do this is like suggesting that one person can build 500 miles of interstate highway on his own, with hand tools, or that he can build a Boeing airplane from scratch. If you think that modern society would allow people to sell nuclear power reactors that no one understands without extensive testing, you have no idea how modern society works or what the public demands in safety.

Looks like they're not doing a single continuous live stream, and watchers will need to pick up the newest stream from this document as streams are added. Here is the current one:

I would gladly trade the mountains of data for a nugget of information.
Signal-to-noise ratio is a concept that seems elusive in this setup.
-
-
It seems like maybe something is reversed with the inlet and outlet temperatures. The power out does not appear to be calculated.
-
Jack,
The instrumentation has been disconnected. They are doing sparge test first.

That PLOT link isn't giving good data for me ... right now it's blank, previously shows one or two traces.

Sometimes you have to switch from the "Plot" tab to another tab and back to see the graphs.

I did ... data is all blanks. (W7/chrome browser). Freeboard link is OK (but not useful for the sparge test).
Edit: briefly showed some data ... but not at current time : never mind, giving up.

Up to now there is nothing conclusive in my view. Are we spending another night on a MFMP no show event?
-
-
The MFMP did show up.
I agree the device doesn't seem to work for this first splarge test. We need a working device from me356.
