Everyone gets to wait to see what happens next in that regard.

That is known as trial by ambush, judges don't like it and if you try to hide something in order to surprise the other side at trial, the judge may very well rule it inadmissible.

When the media focuses on some loud personality and say that he doesn't deserve the media attention... it makes you wonder why they're spending attention on the person. And if there are comments from someone you don't respect why bother responding to them? It simply begs the question.
