No cold fusion paper in any major journal has ever been retracted, as far as I recall. Perhaps you mean this is a paper in Nature with the editors of Nature did not subsequently attack. The editors did attack Fleischmann and Pons, but that's not a "retraction." A retraction would be if F&P said it was incorrect, and withdrew it. One of the attacks on F&P is here (partially):
