Charged steam may make ball lightning if you force it to rotate.

I think its left turning go's down and right turning will go up...Rotating top to bottom it may float

It is a myth that voltage runs on the outside of a conductor. Voltage, electromotive force, is created by ambient radiation being slowed by the abundance, or the shortage, of particles of electricity in the wire.

That was the joke .. like a car battery will die if left on the cement floor myth
