No.There were not endorsements. We made a demo and the invitations to the attendees were selected by me. I invited tens of Professors and industrial operators among the most important of the world: from the USA, Brasil, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Sweden, Norway, Italy, Spain, Russia, China, Australia, Ethiopia. I conducted the demonstration, while the measurements have been made by a very senior engineer of the second oil refinery of the USA, totally independent from us,specialized in thermal plants. The demo has been what it has been and everybody can watch it going to http://www.ecat.com, where are the links to the full demonstration of 3 hours, where the demonstration is shown in all its clearness, to the summary of 6 minutes and to the theoretical lecture of Carl Oscar Gullstrom about the theory we are elaborating about the effect.

That is the catch 22. You have a guy like Rossi who is a great performer, exposed by legal Discovery as an obvious fake, and keeps internet watchers amused with his ability to continue to gull marks. As for Dewey: ever since Rossi did his major stitch-up of IH it is bound to be personal: and Dewey is someone who fights when attacked. I agree: it would be better IH PR for Dewey to stay quiet here. But would you be able to do that when a con-man who has cost you $20M repeatedly says that your friends are dishonest and is somehow half-believed by a whole load of people?

Anyway, since when has Dewey here been tactful or done the right thing for IH PR?

This is actually a good argument ... And it kind of supports my hypothesis that his efforts are indication of Rossi being the real stuff. I do believe there are more incentive to trash the involved swedes due to the since possible disruptions presumably might benefit Dewey/IH et al. At least there is some business purpose to it. If they knew Rossi had nothing it would only be sandbox revenge of three year olds. Although that might be what Dewey is to you?

Dewey is an upfront guy who says what he thinks. If you'd been here during the IH/Rossi legal stuff you would have seen that. His idea of debate is similar to that of a bulldog which means in his book you are friend or enemy and boy does he go after his enemies. He will exaggerate his side, as any web pugilist, but not lie. I'm sorry I don't seem to be an enemy of Dewey: it would be fun to go after him.

Your problem is that you need to see indications of Rossi having the real stuff in contorted (and IMHO completely wrong) observations of IH because Rossi for sure has never given anyone an indication his stuff works.

The cleverer Rossi followers notice this and elevate it to a core belief. Rossi has to look like he is a flake to discourage competition. When he has a demo which claims to measure COP = 200 without ever measuring the input power (and with a beefy PSU capable of supplying all the measured output) this is a cunning plan of disinformation designed to make everyone doubt he has anything.

It is this level of doublethink (vs 1984) that keeps me fascinated.

Given that Rossi has done nothing visible to the public of any consequence other than his usual online blithering since the Stockholm fiasco, it is bizarre that this thread continues to be so active. Of course, its content is little more than pissing contests between Rossi supporters and Rossi detractors. How any of it has anything to do with supporting or, for that matter, disparaging LENR is hard to understand.

I hear you IO - Planet Rossi has had a horrible week and we can't help that AS continues to lead with his chin.

Having said that - I'm backing off until until challenged again.
