Observation of x-ray emission and matter collapse in lead

    https://arxiv.org/abs/1804.00530

    ABSTRACT:

The action of focused underwater shock waves on a lead sample is revealed to
be not restricted by a mechanical influence only. A strong unexpected x-ray
emission was registered from the lead foil exposed to shock waves which are
extremely adiabatic compared to processes of x-ray generation. The lead foil,
acted by shocks, misses a part of its area in the form of a polygon hole of the
size of ∼2mm. The missing polygon of the lead foil looks as a delicately
removed part with no damage of hole surroundings (as it should be at a strong
mechanical breaking) which remains flat as before the shocks action. That
missing polygonal lead matter seems "disappeared" because it, or its parts,
were not found in the plastic container. Also there are no lead traces on
plastic surfaces contacting the lead during exposure to shock waves. The
theoretical backgrounds of those paradoxical phenomena in terms of anomalous
    electron states are presented.

    Zero-point paper...

An unusual phenomenon, observed in experiments, is studied. X-ray laser bursts of keV energy are emitted from a metal where long-living
states, resulting in population inversion, are totally unexpected. Anomalous electron-photon states are revealed to be formed inside the metal.
These states are associated with narrow, 10−11 cm, potential well created by the local reduction of zero point electromagnetic energy. In
contrast to analogous van der Waals potential well, leading to attraction of two hydrogen atoms, the depth of the anomalous well is on the
order of 1 MeV . The states in that well are long-living which results in population inversion and subsequent laser generation observed. The
X-ray emission, occurring in transitions to lower levels, is due to the conversion of zero point electromagnetic energy

up to 20 hours after switching off the discharge voltage. An
emission of separate photons by radioactive isotopes from the
cathode material is easy understandable. But here one deals
with strongly collimated X-ray laser bursts. So it was the
laser emission from “dead” sample, namely, which was acted

    by nothing during 20 hours."

A bose condensate of polaritons would produce both long term energy storage and the emission of coherent "laser light".

In your experiment, if you see a Mollow-type triplet, you have detected a signature of coherence of the photons with the e-h system and direct evidence of strong polariton coupling .

The classical explanations for the un-explainable radiation (paper above) are outraging... Nobody did ever show that 0-point energy can be collected and amplified in a strongly perturbed environment. The probability of such an effect is below once in a live-time of the universe...

What physicists overlooked is the fact that many isotopes have a long living gamma state ( famous one of e.g. Sn at 314 keV). With the right resonance frequency (luckily 1keV in the experiment) you can pump in magnetic energy via. protons (magnetic moment coupling) and level the nuclear state. Such long living states very often have a high magnetic moment too, what also could be the reason that other orbits (in 4D physics called flux holes) in neighbor nuclei become stable.

The reverse process is explained the same way. Once the moment decays the stabilizing effect disappears and the energy is emitted.

  • When a photon is created out of the quantum vacuum fluctuation, it produces zero energy. To do that, the photon and the anti photon are created in a pair.

This is one of the most counterintuitive, yet, one of the most important principles in quantum mechanics: that vacuum is by no means empty nothingness. In fact, the vacuum is full of various particles that are continuously fluctuating in and out of existence. They appear, exist for a brief moment and then disappear again. Since their existence is so fleeting, they are usually referred to as virtual particles.

The pair of photons must be opposites of each other. For a photon, this means that the pair must have one member as left handed and the other member of the pair as right handed. When these to waveforms are added together, their sum must result in zero energy.

    Scientists create light from vacuum

When a virtual photon pair is created near a black hole, one photon of the pair is absorbed by the black hole and the other exits to the far field as hawking radiation. The Bose condensate of polaritons act identically like a black hole. In this mode, The Surface Plasmon Polariton (SPP) condensate can extract both right and left handed photons from the quantum vacuum

    fluctuations.

Any light that is generated by a polariton condensate is derived from vacuum energy. The SPP can store both right and left handed photons in two counterrotating currents.

The Polariton condensate will produce mesons from this inflow of vacuum energy into the "Electromagnetic Black Hole". This condensate will also produce both light and heat as Hawking Radiation.

axil you just invented the negative energy... Or can you tell us which orbit a photon with negative energy takes??

Please remember that they talk of virtual photons that are use to solve some boundary problems, that arise because the still use the wrong 3D,t (Minkovski) metric for dense space...

  • Except virtual particles are not actually particles, and they are virtual.

The virtual photon and "antiphoton" are created by math. They do represent disturbances in the photon field, and might be directly linked to disturbances in other fields, caused by real particles, like for example real electrons described by the electron field. However a virtual photon is an abstraction, not an actual photon. The reason that the exact opposite virtual particle is "created" in a pair, is that describing the disturbance requires adding a term to an equation, and this cannot be done unilaterally, and the added term settles down to the normal background (typically zero) after the physical cause has moved along.

(Like a fish creating a tiny bulge in the water above it as it glides smoothly just below the surface, raising the bulge means lowering the normal water level by an equal amount in some fashion.)

The virtual particles belonging to a virtual particle-antiparticle pair do not annihilate each other when they come together. This is because they are made of math describing a distortion in a field, not coherent particles. (The field distortion itself is real). If they were real particle -antiparticle pairs, they probably would annihilate each other, releasing (potentially) useable energy.

An alternative view of the process is that vacuum fluctuations cause a particle–antiparticle pair to appear close to the event horizon of a black hole. One of the pair falls into the black hole while the other escapes. In order to preserve total energy, the particle that fell into the black hole must have had a negative energy (with respect to an observer far away from the black hole). This causes the black hole to lose mass, and, to an outside observer, it would appear that the black hole has just emitted a particle. In another model, the process is a quantum tunnelling effect, whereby particle–antiparticle pairs will form from the vacuum, and one will tunnel outside the event horizon

“By causing an exciton to give up some of its identity to a photon to create a polariton, we end up with an object that has a negative mass associated with it,” Vamivakas explains. “That’s kind of a mind-bending thing to think about, because if you try to push or pull it, it will go in the opposite direction from what your intuition would tell you.”

  • Thanks Axil.. I am not sure about antiphoton creation in LENR.

I prefer Ivlev's mathematical theory of anomalous electron states(AES). According to this theory fast electromagnetic shocks cause constrained electrons to

jump down a deep well screaming out Mev photons. Conceivably all 26 electrons in an iron atom can leap down into the well producing a nanoatom 1000

    times less in diameter.

These shocks can be provided by ultrasound or cavitation or by

ions hitting the surface(as in plasma activation a la Mizuno and Karabut.

If Ivlev's ""I shrunk the kids""

theory can be realised its effects are far wider than

just LENR. I hope he stays alive long enough to see some of them.

    Slowing Down & Stopping Light

BECs have been shown experimentally to slow down and stop light. In 1998, Lene Hau slowed light traveling through a BEC from its speed in vacuum of 3 × 108 metres per second to 17 metres per second (about 38 miles per hour). Later on Hau and others have frozen and stored a beam of light within a BEC, before releasing the light unchanged, or transmitting it to a second BEC. Potential applications lie in many areas including quantum computing, holographic information storage, and communications.

"Moreover, some collimated X-ray bursts have been seen

This ability to stop light is how an X-ray burst can be seen 20 hours after input energy was stooped in Alan's referenced experiment.

I don't understand it very much at all but I understand that according to Ivlev, in heavy metals like iron the shock or jolt for the electrons is much greater than in lighter atoms.

Looking at the lead disappearance experiment there are lots of questions

    1. if 0.6mg of lead atoms each released 82 x1 keV of energy that would be 164000000 Joules.

If 1Mev each.. then much much more.

the exposure plates don't look like they got that much energy.no way

    where did the energy go?

What was the composition of the micron 'lead' residues?

What happens if different metals like Al used?

The simple experiment cries out for Replication Replication Replication!

But Mexico will spend R&D on oil and gas or geothermal

    not new energy sources.

RobertBryant : Ivlev uses the outdated standard model that is based on the wrong guv metric. If you understand basic physic laws it is easy to understand that only two space dimensions are left for relativistic treatment not three as used in guv.

The final result Ivlev gets is not completely wrong as it is pretty "close" to the correct cavity value for an electron of 2*π*me - me.
