The 1 KW compressor sends compressed air at 8 bar in the Hylsch tube which has two outlet openings, one that sends hot air, the other sends cold air.
The difference in temperature between the two rooms makes the Peltier CC cells produce 4 KW, 1 KW is used to power the compressor, the rest feeds the house

You feed 1000 W electric power to the compressor.
You will get (much) less than 100 W from the generator.
Therefore your invention is impossible.
One Peltier cell produce 90 w
10% is 9 w
9w x 200 cells are 1.8 KW
You can't fault that math HG! lmao
9 W x 400 cells = 3.6 KW
1 KW for compressor
2.6 KW free
plus heat and cold

When I was eight years old, I could not understand why you could not couple an electric motor to a generator and run the motor with the electricity the generator made. I never did try it because by 10 years old or so, and with a little help from a teacher, I knew why it would not work.

These laws are written in the language of mathematics and they describe connections between measurable quantities.
One such law states that energy can not be created or destroyed.
Therefore a machine that uses 1 kW and produces 3 kW is an Impossible Invention.
This is just as certain as apples fall to the ground and not to the sky.
Since you do not know basic physics you are trying to make apples fall to the sky.
