This thread continues to annoy me because the title is inexact. You found, if I understand the pictures, some form of material change on the inside of a plastic bottle where it was in contact with a powder extracted from a reactor that contains metals, reducing compounds, etc and is possibly highly chemically reactive.
I guess no-one can exclude the possibility of strange radiation when no radiation measurements are done, but on the face of it this looks like some chemical effect?
