Radiation can be produced when the EVO undergoes Bosenova when the EVO becomes unstable. Up to 10^23 light speed electrons are broadcast into the lattice; bremsstrahlung is then produced as these high energy electrons interact with the atoms that make up the lattice or plasma. The spectrum of this bremsstrahlung radiation can range up to 1.5 MeV. But this radiation is not produced by the EVO itself when it produces transmutation; It is only produced post reaction when energy stored in the EVO is released after the Bosenova.
Seen below is a video of Bosenova generated by the disintegrating EVO.
The popping sound is produced by an AM radio tuned between channels as the release of high energy by the Bosenova derived electrons produce radio waves. The bright connections between the Bosenova and the anode are the high energy electrons and photons after explosive release as they are attracted to the anode.

There is so much heat signature evidence but little evidence that gives a pointer to the nature of the NAE.
We need other dimensions of evidence .. the findings for the 20kev to 300 keV gamma may be useful.
This preliminary gamma evidence for a variety of magnetic isotopes including Ni61 and Pd105 needs corroboration.

There are several germanium gamma detectors around...better than the NaI one used in the first witnessing..
they are not really expensive compared to the top of the line calorimetry that Takahashi uses.
Magnetic coupling postulated by Jurg may be essential or it may just be anincidental secondary effect
perhaps there is a cloud of instantaneous neutrons that initiates the gamma cascades..

The idea of the NAE does reveal the path to a commercial device. In fact, it has revealed a path to creating the effect on purpose. The proof will be published soon

I do believe Dr. Storms is one of the few who have openly shared what he learned. But yes, secrecy is an acknowledged flaw in the field that McKubre has frequently joked about: "we are all keeping the same secrets from each other", or something like that. But then again, without secrets, no investment. No investment, no research. Frustrating, but understandable.

The number of electrons comes from the research of Ken Shoulders. The energy of the electrons comes from the maximum bremsstrahlung radiation produced by the Bosenova.
The EVO in an intensely magnetic system. The polariton that forms the Bose condensate maintains the Spin of the electron while losing its charge and mass. The magnetic nature of the EVO can be observed in the ULTR experiment. You can perform this experiment in your kitchen using a cavitation cleaner.

Nobody had ever expected to see quantum effects coming out of a cavitating cleaner. But amateur physics experiments performed at home have most likely done it. This breakthrough in amateur experimental methods is so much unexpected and might open the door to the discovery of how multiple dimensions of a quantum system functions. Also this method could form the basis of an experimental platform for string theory.
When a static system is doing multiple concurrent activities, there is a chance that the system's dimensionality exceeds that of space time. To my eye, this multi functionality seems to be the case with a caveating cleaner eroding a sheet of aluminum foil.
There is an excellent chance that the cavitator is producing a Bose condensate at room temperature. The usual method used to produce such a condensate is to lower the temperature of a collection of special atoms to near absolute zero. The usual method is an experiment requiring the use of a $million worth of low temperature equipment.
The cavitating cleaner is producing Bose condensation by just turning the unit on. This condensate can be studied in real time. This process is also 100% reproducible and these micro based experiments can be performed using real time microscopic inspection methods as well as high frame rate video examination. Just turn on the cavitator, and the Bose condensates springs to life.
There are over 70 different kinds and counting of Bose condensates currently characterized. It is not clear what flavor of condensate that is being generated in the cavitator.
The indications that a Bose condensate is being formed by the cavitator is the appearance of a Mexican hat structure impressed into the aluminum within a blackened duplex microcavity. The number eight shaped duel cavity begins its formation as a dipole but when the duel cavity is fully formed, only one side of the duplex cavity remains active. The other inactive member of the dipole is ill formed and stunted. What marks the soliton as active is a vortex of water that is ongoing inside and above the cavity which is rotating at a fearsome rate. This vortex of water has been observed on video at 120 frames a second but the vortex still looks like a amorphous cloud even at 8 millisecond resolution. The direction of rotation and its violence becomes apparent when some detritus moves close to the water vortex. The water vortex looks like a cloud hovering over the aluminum sombrero as the rotational rate of the vortex is so very great. The vortex of water is centered on the crown of the Mexican hat structure that has been impressed into the aluminum.
The rotation of water above the condensate in the cavity is extreme. That rate of rotation is directly proportional to the magnetic field strength of the vortex tubes projecting out of the soliton. It might be possible to calculate this field strength of the vortex tubes of the condensate by determining the rotation rate of the water and correlating that rotational rate against the known magnetic strength of a rare earth magnet. Because the rate of water rotation is so great, a very expensive high rate video camera is required to do this rotational counting, however.
I also see the aluminum foil break apart and float in the roiling water currents atop the surviving duplex structures. On some of these fragments, the Mexican hat structures are still impressed into the material of the fragment. On occasion, an active water vortex is still active on the surface of these fragments.
Some of these active fragments remain active and continue to generate a water vortex even after the power to the cavitator is turned off.
Without exception, the duplex structures have only one rotating water vortex ongoing. The other conjoined cavity in the duplex structure is inactive and its Mexican hat structure is ill formed. It appears that the rotating vortex cavity has transferred its energy to the counter vortex cavity structure. The direction of water vortex rotation is counterclockwise which indicates from the right hand rule that the magnetic effect producing the water vortex is a North Pole magnetic monopole field.
The color of the surface of the duplex cavity is black except for the Mexican hat deposition which appears to rise out of the centered base of the cavity. The Mexican hat formation has an iridescent jewel like nature, is now highly magnetic. When a magnet was placed in the water, a fragment of this formation was found to have affixed itself to a magnet placed in the water. The magnetic particle looks like the central core or crown of one of the sombrero structure that has had parts of the brim of the Sombrero missing. This structure of the fragment has assumed a hexagonal shape and must have been formed by a supersolid lattice field.
As the foil is ripped apart, most if not all of the resulting aluminum fragments were coated with some black stuff. Any position change of the fragments did not change the color of these fragments as they floated and tumbled in the water currents of the cavitator. This lack of change of color of the fragments prompt me to consider this black color coating as a chemical, contaminant, or new element that is permanently coating and affixed to the duplex cavities.
The Mexican hat configuration looks identical to a petal Bose polariton condensates which are described in associated articles with the petals located on the rim of the hat and a peak at its center.
I noticed unexpectedly that when a blue laser was used to illuminate one of the sombreros, the laser light of a spot near the crown was down shifted by the active soliton to shine in an intense white slightly orange tinted light.
A bubble of gas is seen to exit the Bose condensate soliton when the power to the cavitator is turned off. This bubble might be matter that is being carried in the condensate when the condensate is active. The termination of the condensate might be releasing the gas upon its termination. This activity might be a sign of multi-dimensional activity over and above the four dimensions of space time is at play.

This crenulated ball turns out to be hollow and is likely produced by a naked singularity within the EVO. The ball contains layers of transmuted elements including iron and carbon. This type ball is usually seen to be generally produced in these reaction type experiments.
In terms of theory, Ed Witten predicts that such a singularity will form in this type of spacetime bubble. More on the nature and theory of this bubble if there is interest shown about it.

The energy required to effect Electron Capture (EC) is 782KeV. You can say that is not possible, as Rick Whitman of PNNL did when starting our TAP. The problem is, it worked. He simulated confining a proton and electrons in a box on PNNL computers. It results in ultra-cold neutrons, potentially even below 10-50eV. At these extremely low energies, they have incredibly high crosssections. I also worked with Charles Martin to produce a more extensive paper on the subject. If phonons represent all energy in the system and each phonon is 5meV, it would require ~1.6E8 phonons constructively interacting to provide 782KeV. This helps to explain why certain sizes and morphology nanoparticles are more likely to have LENR occur. i.e. they form a NAE. If they are too small, there are not enough lattice elements to accumulate the required energy. Other nonlinear effects also arise from things like the Lennard-Jones potential.
If the average energy in a system is 35meV (0C), then every element has seven phonons associated with it. If the NAE where the reaction is taking place has 2E7 atoms related to it, then that particle can already have enough energy to run the reaction if they align just right. That is enough energy at 0ºC. As things warm up the number of phonons increases, raising the probability of EC by a proton.

1. The 782 keV required only refers to electron capture by protons. As I pointed out earlier, electrons of lower energies could also be captured by other isotopes present, in particular:-
58Ni+ e- -> 58Co -0.382 MeV (endothermic).
So where are the expected gammas from 58Co decay? The energetic electron conjecture doesn't seem consistent with observation.
2. You would need a heat pump to make ultracold anything including neutrons. As an engineer you surely know this. And ultracold neutrons, even if they existed, cannot provide 782 keV additional energy by definition. Energy has to be provided for any confinement. You cannot expect any cross section if the reaction is endothermic as energy must conserved.
3. You cannot expect large numbers of low energy phonons "constructively interacting to provide 782KeV" as this would be a violation of thermodynamics. (Otherwise you could create a perpetual motion machine).
How does the Brillouin Energy system reaction system work and how can it be improved?
The BEC reactor produces polaritons on the surface of the nickel rod when the rod is energized using q-pulse stimulation. When the density of the polaritons grows large, a Bose condensate of polaritons will develop. This BEC is the superconductor that will support further development of the LENR reaction.
To increase the density of polaritons, the surface of the nickel rod should be processed to increase polariton production. This optimization is done by distressing the surface of the rod by producing an irregular surface. Polaritons will form in pits and peaks on the surface of the nickel rod.
Piantelli uses this process to activate his reaction, Mizuno also distresses his surface using various techniques including electrical discharge abrasion of his reactor surface.
Rough surface preparation is one of the most basic processing methods used to create a LENR reactive environment.

Carbon is detected in microscopic amounts via a scanning electron microscope (SEM). Such a detection method cannot determine the form of carbon under observation.

Bose condensate of polaritons
Is there any evidence that a Bose Einstein condensate can exist at 600K on a nickel surface
"NUS researchers have predicted that an exotic state of matter, known as a Bose-Einstein condensate, can exist at relatively high temperatures (around 50 K to 100 K) ..
Perhaps a BE condensate explains the cryogenic behavoiur of deuterium at 70K...
but perhaps magnetic interactions are involved

"We observed neutron emissions from pure deuterium gas after it was cooled in liquid nitrogen and placed in a magnetic field. Neutron emissions were observed in ten out of ten test cases. Neutron burst of 5.5counts/s were 1000 times higher than the background counts. These bursts occurred one or two times within a 300 s interval. The total neutron emission can be estimated from the counting efficiency, and it was 104-105 counts/s. The reaction appears to be highly reproducible, reliably generating high neutron emissions. We conclude that the models proposed heretofore based upon d-d reactions are inadequate to explain the present results, which must involve magnetic field nuclear reactions.

Understandable. It was a very constructive conversation until the past day or so, then unfortunately went off the deep end. The main reason we started the private, invitation only section, was so people like you could freely talk without being the target of someone else's word salad.
